The Gig
Our Salesforce Administrator role exists to ensure that Healthengine capitalises on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM and related software ecosystem. In this role, duties will include managing accounts and licensing, maintaining our databases, training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products and executing change projects affecting object models, screens, flows and data migration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and user access, including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows and solutions using declarative tools like flows and approval processes in Salesforce and data visualisation tools such as Redash.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors using debug logs, audit trails, and change history logs.
- Maintain and oversee system and user management
- Performing regular health checks, security reviews, and release updates.
- Ensure data quality through validation rules, duplicate rules, and automation, while managing bulk record updates via tools like Dataloader.
- Manage stakeholder engagement for platform changes, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and sandbox environment oversight.
- Support integrated applications like Zendesk, AWS Call Centre Integration, HelloSign, Google Suite, Slack and automation tools such as Zapier.
- Provide user support, training, and ticket resolution through Jira, while staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Experience you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or consultant in a similar environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or any additional Salesforce Certifications are highly advantageous
- Salesforce developer experience is highly advantageous
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline would be advantageous
- Extensive experience in administering and maintaining Salesforce systems, including upgrades, integrations, building flows and database management.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and tools, with proficiency in managing user profiles, roles, and access permissions.
- Strong ability to import and manage sales data, create tailored reports, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
