In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leaders across our verticals, including Executive leaders, Sales leaders, and their teams, to develop innovative pricing and packaging solutions. This may include supporting customer negotiations alongside sales teams to ensure success. In addition, you’ll lead the transition from Excel-based pricing tools to a SaaS-based CPQ system, improving efficiency and scalability for the business.

Another key responsibility will be designing and delivering pricing training and enablement programs to ensure the teams have the necessary skills to execute on your strategies. You will also oversee governance, target setting, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with business objectives. As part of your leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement in pricing and packaging execution across Civica.

• Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, remarketing, email marketing, and account-based marketing campaigns.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Experience in Google AdWords, Hootsuite, and Rollworks preferred.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

• Focus on developing and executing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and contribute to customer acquisition goals.
• Leverage both CMS and CRM platforms to enhance lead nurturing processes and customer engagement. Hubspot CMS and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly. The successful candidate should have experience in Salesforce reporting and Google Analytics.

Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with copy, design, development, and product marketing teams on content creation, design projects, and website development to ensure cohesive and impactful digital experiences that drive online conversions.

Agency Partnership:

• Nurture a collaborative relationship with the agency partner, providing clear communication and direction.

The Opportunity

As Account Director - PR & Content, you will be:

• Leading projects across our diverse brand portfolio, championing integrated communications needs such as earned-first creative and PR strategy, product and campaign launches, content development, talent and influencer engagement, partnerships, project management and more 
• Acting as point of contact for clients and cultivating long term relationships through strategic counsel, managing challenges and bringing proactive ideas to the table
• Driving media relations efforts across a diverse mix of clients and categories (consumer and corporate experience a plus, a sharp perspective on media trends a must!) 
• Collaborating with global team mates to share creative thinking and cultural insights and impact global work
• Working closely with senior team members to track portfolio health, account planning, strategy, execution and allocations. 
• Participating in new business development, culture and programming – helping shape our agency’s ambitions in Australia and beyond. 

About You

Experience you have:

• You have around five or more years of public relations, communications, and/or related experience, with a knock out track record of delivering integrated campaigns, smart ideas and big results. You have a sharp perspective on how to cut through the clutter with earned-first thinking – and know how to get ideas off the whiteboard and into the world. You’ve led happy, healthy teams and maintain strong client relationships.
