ROLE:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing front of house operations in conjunction with, or, in the absence of the Venue Manager. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties:
Coordinate and plan menus with Chefs and other kitchen staff
Oversee, coordinate, and organise functions and bookings
Planning the purchase and pricing of goods in accordance with budget- Keeping records of stock levels and financial transactions for the restaurant
