In these pivotal roles, you'll join a high-performing project delivery team, collaborating with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Service Owners. Drive Project Success: Lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring every phase-from design and build to testing and deployment-is executed flawlessly.
Strategic Planning: Craft and manage robust business cases, project schedules, resource plans, and milestones to ensure all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Resource Optimisation: Strategically manage both internal and external project resources, ensuring their skills are utilized to their fullest potential and driving peak performance.
Risk and Issue Management: Anticipate, identify, and tackle risks and issues proactively, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing communications to keep everyone informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: Uphold our high standards of quality by ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations and adhere to our project governance frameworks.
Progress Reporting: Provide accurate and comprehensive reports on project progress and status, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
Post-Implementation Review: Participate in reviews and health checks post-implementation, offering valuable recommendations and insights to refine processes and enhance future projects.
Desired Experience
10+ years experience delivering complex, large-scale IT projects successfully.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC processes.
Worked with 3rd party IT providers or system integrators.
Skilled in planning and conducting workshops to create effective solutions.
PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent certification preferred.
Business Insight: Experience in business case development, benefits realization, and process re-engineering.
Familiar with use case analysis, data/process flow diagrams, process mapping, and detailed requirements documentation.
Understanding of Capex/Opex and financial aspects of project management.
Experience working in an offshore environment.
