As a Department Manager you are responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your store. You ensure you have a Great Team and support their development, working with succession planning, talent development and structured performance management for your team based on results, values, and leadership.   

Key responsibilities: 

• Regularly analyse and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and together with the Visual Merchandisers you take action to maximise sales. 
• Drive Hello Member program in line with country goals.
• Ensure your department continuously meets H&M standards and follow this up using the Customer Experience Tool.  
• Together with your Visual Team, you ensure the implementation of the Commercial Handbook. 
• Evaluate and manage the performance of your team; give regular feedback, execute performance development reviews, development plans, follow-up and take any appropriate action to improve performance and develop your team. 
• Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support the business and store needs.

About the Opportunity:
This role will lead a suite of innovative Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) programs as part of EACH’s integrated Mental Health and AOD stream which includes residential, community-based and dual diagnosis services.

This is a pivotal moment for EACH, as we have aligned our Mental Health and AOD services to create operational efficiencies, drive innovation and position ourselves as a leader in holistic, end-to-end services. As Manager, you will work across key AOD services and lead the implementation of cutting-edge models of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and support the delivery of specialist AOD services, including programs such as Reconnexion (benzodiazepine dependency), EACH Residential AOD Rehabilitation, and WEAVE (dual diagnosis).
• Collaborate with the Program Stream AOD Manager and other senior leaders across EACH to explore growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Engage in sector-wide reforms, working to integrate AOD and Mental Health services, and drive high-quality outcomes for service users.
• Foster relationships with universities such as Monash and Deakin, seeking research opportunities to strengthen service delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to team leaders, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee budgets, ensuring services are efficient, compliant with policies and procedures, and well-positioned for sustainable growth.

You are an experienced leader in the AOD sector with a strong understanding of both residential and community-based models of care. Your ability to collaborate across multiple teams, engage with stakeholders and drive operational excellence will ensure EACH’s Specialist AOD Services continue to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Team Leader for Paediatric Speech Pathology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Speech Pathologists  to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services. You will lead a team of dedicated clinicians, providing leadership, professional support, and clinical supervision to enhance our service provision. Your leadership will extend across our Child Development and School Readiness Funded Allied Health teams in a part time capacity. This position is 4 days a week, a 2 day a week focus on leadership and clinical supervision and a 2 a week focus on service delivery. The role requires engagement with clinicians located across a number of EACH sites, including Knox and Maroondah and travel to kindergartens in the Outer East.

This role requires a confident Senior Clinician or leader with excellent communication skills.  The role includes responsibility for ensuring that team members are clinically supported, receive quality guidance debriefing and clinical supervision so that the clinicians can provide services in alignment with the EACH Service Principles, EACH Service Guides and the outcome requirements of the relevant funding bodies. Reporting to the Manager Community Health Paediatric and Counselling, you will assist the team to deliver a high quality, client-focused and outcome driven service to families and children in the Outer East. You will apply your clinical experience and skills as a Senior/lead clinician to manage and assess risk assessment/ respond and collaborate effectively with clinicians across EACH sites and within the teams.

The role will include leadership operations, clinical supervision and consultation with teams, team leaders and students, co-ordination of services and participation in Audits and accreditations.  As well as managing your own varied caseload, it would require you to work towards best practises across the teams and staff, minimising risk and ensuring client centric positive outcomes are achieved. Specifically, the clinical lead will provide day to day clinical support and leadership to the Paediatric Speech Pathology team. You will be supported by the National Clinical Lead Speech Pathology and external clinical supervision.

Job Description 
Fostering a flexible, supported, and empowered team culture, the Team Leader for the Psychological Treatment Services in Residential Aged Care Facilities within the new MHAODSP program will lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services.

The role includes providing clinical and operational support within Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) for psychological treatment services, maintaining a small client caseload, overseeing the quality of client files and data, and ensuring program KPIs are met.  The Team Leader will also manage stakeholder relationships, co-design supports with community stakeholders, and develop operational systems and protocols. This position requires strong leadership, mental health expertise, and the ability to foster a collaborative team culture.

About you 
If you have background in working with older adults, preferably with complex mental health issues, and extensive experience managing teams in programs supporting older adults with mental health challenges, trauma, and substance use, then we encourage you to apply! 

You will also have:

• Knowledge of service systems in health, homelessness, education, and family violence contexts.
• Expertise in mental health, trauma, social determinants of health, and principles of recovery. 
• Ability to deliver therapeutic interventions supporting people with co-occurring issues, as well as experience in triage, assessment, and referral allocation. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at building effective relationships. 
• Ability to assess and manage risks while prioritising client rights and outcomes.
