Who we’re looking for:

• 5 – 8 years of relevant CRM experience gained from a reputable consumer or reputable CRM or integrated agency; experience in direct to consumer, e-commerce and retail industries advantageous
• Analytical competency and knowledge of CRM planning and journey building, Customer Lifecycle Management, segmentation and building personalised preference centres
• Experience navigating large/complex/matrix organisations with the ability to lead, manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic regions
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to conduct and produce post implementation analysis and reports with actionable improvements

Role Purpose:

To manage the Cx Housing Service delivery business to achieve revenue numbers and KPI’s in line with the agreed business plan target. This will include working closely with the Sales team and support team to drive the targeted outcomes.

A key objective will be the increase in customer satisfaction with service and consulting engagements reflected in the customer surveys and delivery of recognised revenue objectives for the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring we have capability in terms of human resource and infrastructure to achieve the desired outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include the implementation of initiatives to improve the delivery capability, increase utilisation, increase project profitability and reduce risk.

You will establish close working relationships with other business unit mangers within Civica with a focus on the Product, Support and Sales teams.

Role Requirements:

You are required to actively manage the services team and be accountable for the agreed revenue outcomes and performance KPI’s. This will include the development of business processes and approach in line with the promoted company standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring your team is adequately equipped to achieve their individual goals through appropriate training/education and the provision of tools (software and diagnostics) to facilitate the service provision tasks.

Manage and develop a team of service professionals with a comprehensive knowledge of solution elements to facilitate excellent delivery outcomes. The functional specialities within the team include Project Management and Cx Housing and Asset Management Consultants.

Foster and maintain effective communications with customers to optimise the Civica partner relationship model and provide customers better outcomes through the provision of:

• Clearly documented and communicated service agreements
• Services delivered on time and budget to agreed outcome
• Packaged services
• Preconfigured solutions using best practice principles
• Proactive communication process

You will provide appropriate feedback on all these areas back to the business.

You will work with the sales, support and development teams to ensure we are working collectively to deliver to expectation.

Key Performance Criteria:

• Achieve revenue and profit budget in line with agreed target
• Agree and communicate revenue targets for the team
• Achieve high customer satisfaction levels reflected in KPI’s measured through customer surveys and internal monitoring.
• Develop a library of leading practice business processes that can be subscribed to by customers
• Deliver all projects on time and within budget
• Make services available in a timely manner (less than 8 weeks)
• Work toward a target billable utilisation rate of 70%across the team.
• Work closely with the development and support to foster a team culture around shared outcomes i.e. refined support handover process, support blitzes
• Deliver to customers expectation in line with the SOW and Project Plan
• Maintain pre-config and associated documentation (including SOW and Configuration Spreadsheet)
• Continue to monitor and refine our service strategy to achieve the desired outcomes
• Build relationships with key customer accounts for reference ability
• Monitor and review strategies in this sector (locally and internationally) to ensure our offerings and delivery mechanisms remain current.
• Ensure our Projects Co-ordination and governance are equipped to deliver projects to expectation (Prince 2 certified)
• Work with management to provide accurate and regular reporting on forecasts and progress toward targets.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Histology Manager. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Histology laboratory including but not limited to operational management, quality assurance, staffing, workflows, time management, technician training, equipment maintenance, vendor agreements and more.  You will be a LEAN advocate and ensure the laboratory follows all LEAN principles.    

Key responsibilities:

• Train new team members in LEAN practices, time management, and prioritisation. 
• Identify and address value stream waste, applying LEAN principles for waste reduction. 
• Document LEAN progress using metrics and visuals. 
• Lead, manage and supervise the laboratory team including recruitment, workforce allocation (rostering), and facilitation of team meetings, performance management issues and participation in any disciplinary matters. 
• Maintain a department environment which promotes cooperation between co-workers.     
• Establish and maintain all laboratory records in accordance with specifications. 
• Ensure that all equipment within the Laboratory is functioning properly and ensures that all personnel is educated on proper techniques of operation. 
• Provide technical expertise regarding problem solving and manages specimen discrepancies including investigating, retraining and resolving, documenting and notification to the COO. 
• Develop and implement laboratory operating policies and procedures including the laboratory quality control program and adhere to ISO and NPAAC requirements.    
• Demonstrate a strong sense of professional ethics and immediately brings to the attention of the COO suspected errors that might impact patient care. 
• Participate in the safety training program of the company and makes certain that staff are properly trained. 
• Expand the laboratory portfolio by helping to develop new research projects and proposals. 
• Recommend measures to improve testing procedures, use of equipment and any need for new equipment.   

Requirements

• Tertiary Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Histology laboratory.
• Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workflow to meet the company’s and client requirements.
• Experience with purchasing and consumable levels within agreed budgets
• Ability to consistently maintain compliance with Histopath’s standard operating procedures at all times.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service with a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a diverse range of people at all levels.

This strategic channel role will develop the full 360 degree Cloud Service Provider partner led growth from leveraging Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partner teams, CSP partner reach and marketplaces. Reporting to the ANZ Cloud Service Provider Manager you will center your role on developing and growing channel led opportunities with partners who actively drive revenue for their business via cloud providers and marketplaces.. You will be responsible for educating and engaging the sales account teams within partners and at Palo Alto Networks on the benefits of tri party collaboration. We win by deliberate joint account engagement to solve our joint customers biggest challenges of securing their digital future. Success in the role will also require developing a strong internal network across Palo Alto Networks teams, including marketing, inside sales and Sales Engineers and most importantly our speedboat solutions specialists.
