About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will drive product adoption and usage among purchasing schools, manage relationships, and ensure our clients maximise the value of their subscriptions. Your efforts will preserve and grow revenue while ensuring client success.

What you will do

• Drive product adoption and usage across a portfolio of purchasing schools
• Actively manage school relationships to maximise the lifetime value of assigned accounts, ensuring client success and revenue growth
• Renewal management of owned accounts including identifying risks, invoice and subscription management
• Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with our Sales Operations team
• Manage invoices and subscriptions, ensuring unpaid invoices are addressed
• Drive your portfolio of schools to complete EP's Best Practice Course and increase webinar attendance
• Regularly connect with teachers and key decision-makers, developing positive relationships and providing proactive support and care to schools, key contacts and heads of departments
• Keep accurate records in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date contact details and data hygiene for portfolio schools
• Ensure all classes are successfully enrolled in a timely manner
• Attend meetings and collaborate with various teams to stay informed on product developments
• Support Education Perfect platform expansion by identifying opportunities and assisting BDMs
• Use health metrics to identify at-risk schools and formulate intervention plans, including executive tasks relevant to churn mitigation and follow 'At Risk' mitigation steps
• Understand the competitive landscape and communicate local requirements to Product & Content Teams
• Develop and participate in networking opportunities to promote EP

Responsibilities

• Implement and continually improve a programmatic approach to a defined set of Partners and supplier relationships.  Ultimately Datacom wants to be in the lead for appropriate new and existing technologies to market while also maximising the incentives, presales investments, marketing funds and any other resources that improves sales potential and profitability. ​
• Collaborate widely and with curiosity to drive the appropriate; communications, governance and adherence with all LoBs within Datacom to the programmatic approach.  ​
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the direct reports, ensuring that; planning, supplier impact, governance, incentives, targets, communications and contracts are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that service levels are met and results delivered. ​

GTM Manager is responsible for assisting in the Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Planning. This includes driving lead generation and customer acquisition through emerging technologies and business models, offering bold insights, and delivering customer outcomes.

The Food Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met and maintained across all venues in the Mondrian Gold Coast. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring food safety protocols, conducting regular audits, training staff, and ensuring compliance with local and national food safety regulations. The role also involves liaising with health authorities and ensuring that the venues maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be responsible in overseeing the operation and management of the external Stewarding Company with rostering and liaising with the Operations Manager of the Stewarding team identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.

Food Safety Management 

• Develop, implement, and maintain food safety management systems (HACCP or equivalent) across all restaurants.  
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.  
• Monitor food handling, preparation, and storage processes to ensure they meet safety standards.  
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of kitchens and food preparation areas.  
• Identify and mitigate potential food safety hazards.  

Hygiene and Sanitation  

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols for all areas of the restaurants, including kitchens, dining areas, and restrooms.  
• Ensure that cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed consistently by all staff.  
• Oversee the proper maintenance of sanitation equipment.  
• Ensure waste management procedures are in place and followed.  
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless integration of hygiene practices.  

Team Training and Development 

• Train team members in food safety, hygiene and sanitation best practices.  
• Conduct regular refresher training sessions to keep team members updated on the latest food safety standards.  
• Train the external Stewarding team on required Food Safety compliances and identify gaps.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure adherence to hygiene protocols.  
• Collaborate with the People and Culture team to incorporate food safety into the onboarding process for new hires.  
• Ensure Ennismore and Accor training initiatives are implemented with particular emphasis on coordinated and structured on the job training to align with service standards and service procedures.  
• Ensure bi-annual talent review is conducted utilising the Ennismore performance review system, and ensuring the appropriate documentation is maintained to the required standard; correct performance issues and counsel as required.  
• Participate in scheduled compliance training and development programs provided by Ennismore. 

Compliance and Reporting 

•  Keep up to date with changes in food safety and hygiene regulations.  
•  Prepare for and facilitate health department inspections.  
•  Maintain records of inspections, audits, and any incidents of non-compliance.  
•  Report any food safety issues to senior management and work on corrective actions.
