The Design Program Manager will help our Experience Design (XD) team in Asia Pacific operate and collaborate with other global design colleagues and stakeholder teams as they develop critical experience foundations to underpin the Autodesk Fusion cloud product.

• In liaison with F&B management leaders, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Spice Central Kitchen and Bar, Conferencing and In Room Dining operations
• Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism, constantly striving to maintain and exceed our guests’ expectations and Heartist Service philosophy
• Animate the restaurant and bar to make it a fun, unique and enjoyable experience for all guests through creative activations, events.
• Control the beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes.
• Familiarize yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their requests and needs are met.
• Be knowledgeable and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies

Reporting directly to the HSE Lead East, you will work closely with and support site operations to deliver on HSE objectives, strategies and accountabilities for the provision of services within your area of responsibility.  

You will act as a key contact for the operational team and clients in regard to health, safety and environmental improvements, be focused on continuous improvement and drive strategies and initiatives to aid in the prevention of incidents.

You will be qualified in a health & safety related discipline and have a minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience in supporting, influencing and driving a zero harm mindset, have a detailed knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, critical risk management and root cause analysis.  The successful candidate shall also possess strong IT acumen and report writing skills, paying attention to detail.

We are looking for an Account Manager (or Sales Specialist, as we call internally) in our Professional (out of home) business in the Brisbane metropolitan area. You will spend majority of your time hunting for new accounts primarily in the Clubs & Leisure segments whilst also maintaining a territory of existing customer accounts in Hotels, Healthcare and Cafe’ segments. Brand tools at your disposal include Piazza D'oro, Espresso di Manfredi, L’OR, Pickwick and Moccona as well as other well-known brands to help you drive sales.

You will join an experienced and supportive team who can help you gain valuable experience in the coffee industry.  Your time will be focused on the road hunting for new customers and managing current customers and one day will be spent in the Murarrie, Brisbane office with your team, where you’ll get to complete admin work, and share wins and learnings from the week with your team members.
