We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to spearhead the discovery and design of a new greenfield software product. In this role, you will lead workshops with key stakeholders and third-party vendors, establish design requirements, and ensure the product delivers a best-in-class user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into compelling and intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Discovery & Research:

  • Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and user needs

  • Facilitate and lead workshops with external stakeholders and third-party vendors to gather insights, define project scope, and set clear design goals.

  • Establish a clear vision for the product's user experience, rooted in research findings and industry best practices.

• Design Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop a UX strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

  • Define design requirements and create a roadmap for the product’s UX development.

  • Create personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualise user interactions.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and third-party vendors, to ensure cohesive UX strategies and execution.

  • Promote user-centred design principles during all phases of the product lifecycle.

  • Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders to guide decision-making.

• UX Design & Prototyping:

  • Lead the design and development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

  • Ensure designs are tested, iterated, and refined based on user feedback.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Our R&I team have an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Mackay office. This role will be focused on enhancing our local electrical engineering capabilities, capacity and client base. You will utilize your strong communication and technical skills to up-skill the current team and work on a range of projects.

What will a day in this role look like:
 

• Manage electrical components of projects across all phases of the project lifecycle including: feasibility studies, detailed design, procurement assistance, site construction and commissioning.
• Collaborate with skilled engineers across a range of diverse projects within resources / industrial, transport infrastructure, water and buildings.
• Provide technical advice on local sustaining capital projects and studies whilst contributing to workshare projects with lager metropolitan offices on ‘city changing’ projects.
• Mentor, develop and guide junior engineers whilst playing an active part in growing your team in size and capability.

We have an opportunity for a Client Experience Executive to join our team on a 12-month paternity leave contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the tracking and delivery of client projects, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with Nine.

• Work as an expert project manager to ensure you deliver a market leading experience to our clients. You must be highly organised and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages
• Gain a solid understanding of our client project objectives so each individual project is executed efficiently with great attention to detail. Be a problem-solver who can act quickly and effectively. 
• Effectively manage conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
• Deliver collateral to demonstrate the effects of partnerships throughout active periods of campaigns as well as looking for opportunities to surprise and delight partners

About the Role (your why)  

The M365 Senior Engineer is responsible for delivering Microsoft 365 enablement and productivity outcomes for our customers including workloads spanning data, files, communications and collaboration, security and identity and access management that ties these together.

This role is based in our office in Melbourne, Vic.

What you’ll do   

The M365 Senior Engineer role is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Working with customers to transform their business through cloud first productivity and collaboration solutions for their digital transformation journey.
• Accurate and timely contribution to project reporting.
• Assisting with development of Cloud based solutions.
• Assisting with implementing adaptive life cycle (agile) project delivery methods suitable for Cloud solutions.
• Completing assigned projects activities while unsupervised or under guidance of the Project Manager if assigned.
• Delivering project tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Providing guidance and advice to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies in order to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
• Takes reasonable care that their actions (or inactions) do not harm the Health and Safety of self or others. Reports all incidents, hazards or unsafe work practices as per Datacom policy.

• 5+ years of related technical experience.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Technology or a related discipline.
• One or more Microsoft 365 Certified associate or expert certifications covering messaging, Teams, security or enterprise administration (or equivalent experience).
