Our guru of everything digital and pretty is responsible for taking something obvious and making it incredible in a way that drives business into the hotel in screaming droves. You’ll be working across three fantastic hotels including Novotel Perth Murray Street, Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne on Spencer, Mövenpick Hotel Hobart and their food and beverage outlets with exciting brands including Miss Mi and Tesoro. Think creating viral Tiktoks with a witty twists, using data-driven media to give people what they want before they know they want it, and maximizing digital tools to make our hotels and outlets top of mind like an earworm worthy of one-hit-wonders throwback tours lasting decades.

Here’s the deets of some of what you will be up to on the daily:

• Reporting into the Director of Marketing you will assist with developing and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns, working across multiple hotels and their restaurant outlets.
• Implement the hotel and restaurant’s online marketing strategy, working in collaboration with Accor’s digital agencies, including writing web optimised copy for multiple websites and creating EDMs.
• Managing hotel and restaurant social media channels, including content creation and reporting.
• Proactively identify new digital opportunities and trends.
• Assist with photo and video shoot management and coordination.
• Maintain promotional materials including basic graphic design work.
• Marketing admin – raising POs, reconciling invoices, and assisting with the marketing budget.
• Create briefs for creative teams & external agencies.
• Assisting with PR/media events, sponsorships and influencer collaborations.

And here’s what you need to do it:

• Previous experience in a busy, multi-faceted role of this scope. Strong organizational/time management skills and attention to detail is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• An understanding of or previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is preferred, but not essential.
• Proficiency across the Adobe creative suite including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience in content creation including basic video editing, with an eye for capturing great photos and video for social media.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager/WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, MS Office, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
• A firm grasp (keep it clean, people) on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with minimum 2-4 years’ experience in public practice
• CPA or CA qualified
• This role can require some travel to our clients businesses. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle on weekdays is required
• Experience working with small business clients
• Proficiency in Xero and Xero Practice Manager
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and review the work of junior staff

About the Role (your why)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our high-performance Professional Services team.

This is a customer facing consulting position that requires exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with our customers and within Datacom.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as the Senior Systems Engineer you will be focused on:

·          In this key cross-disciplinary role you will work closely with our Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams.

·          Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, to agreed scope.

·          Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions. This may either be provided remotely or on-site.

·          Providing pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments.

·          Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange.

·          Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV).

·          Have experience in one or both of the following: Backup (Commvault, Veeam) OR Storage (HPE, NetApp, Lenovo & Dell)

·          Automation and Scripting (PowerShell, Python)

You will have a curiosity & passion for customers and a proven ability to communicate solutions in a way that resonates with all levels of our customer’s. You must be comfortable in engaging both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.

·          You can work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team.

Join our expanding Energy and Industrial team, utilising your experience as a Functional Safety Engineer as you collaborate with our wider teams. Supporting our busy team, currently undertaking studies on major projects within the WA market, across Iron Ore and Brownfields projects.

Aurecon has been a key player in delivering many of Australia's brownfields electrical and control systems projects for over a decade. We have been successful in securing a solid pipeline of detailed design, owners engineer and technical advisor roles for key client projects extending beyond the next 12 months.

We are expanding the team and are looking for an experienced Functional Safety Engineer to join our busy team currently undertaking major projects within Western Australia in the following areas, materials handling, machine safety, hazardous areas. Experience within manufacturing and processing plants is valued, however not essential.

Your experience and knowledge will be well regarded, and you will play a crucial role in the continued growth of our energy and industrials business.

What will you do?

• The full Functional Safety lifecycle documentation as per AS 4024/ISO 13849, IEC 62061, IEC 61511 standards, including:

  • Functional Safety Management Plans

  • HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA workshop facilitation and report writing

  • Performance Level Determination,

  • Safety Requirements Specifications,

  • Safety related system design and realisation,

  • Testing and Validation of Safety Instrumented Systems,

  • Verification and Functional Safety Assessments,

  • Operation and Maintenance planning,

  • Decommissioning

• Cyber Security Risk Assessment

• Mentoring junior functional safety engineers

• Involvement in the full lifecycle of projects from inception through to execution

What can you bring to the team?

• A degree qualified engineer in an appropriate discipline (Electrical, Control Systems, Mechanical etc) with minimum 8 years of functional safety-related experience preferably (5 years if fulltime) including projects in the Pilbara region and/or Northern Western Australia.

• Certified as a functional safety engineer or expert by a recognised body (Exida, TUV Rheinland etc).

• Demonstrable skills and proficiency in the use of functional safety software packages such as PHA Pro or exSILentia is preferred but not essential.

• A background in Control Systems and a desire to support and/or develop in other capability is highly desirable.
