This hands-on role will provide exposure to a wide variety of retail and commercial product lines and pricing techniques, reporting directly to the Chief Actuary. • Provide quality customer service through adherence to Datacom’s Asset Management service delivery methodology and processes.
• Develop license reclamation strategies to initiate cost avoidance activities.
• Propose remediation and optimisation activities that may result in reduced compliance risk and/or financial savings and cost avoidance.
• Utilise SAM technologies and their capabilities including Flexera’s FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS), Snow License Manager, and Service Now SAM Pro.
• Interpret data outputs from the SAM technologies and other tools to provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Liaise with service management, and customer teams to define, optimise, and develop SAM standards, processes, procedures, plans and controls to ensure appropriate service asset information is recorded and maintained.
