Based at our new GMP Manufacturing facility in Melbourne, Australia, reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, this position will be responsible for the management and supervision of all calibration works on GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will also lead troubleshooting, investigations, and reliability engineering for GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment instrumentation. This position will be the first responder to instrument and electrical equipment issues and must follow through to ensure resolution by either self-performing the work or directing the activities of service providers.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Management and coordination with end-user groups of routine and non-routine calibration work orders using the computerized maintenance management system.

• Specification, fabrication, procurement, installation, engineering start-up, and validation activities of new equipment and systems coordination.

• Developing remediation for follow-up and emergency work to support deviations, corrective actions, and related issues.

• Acting as the Metrology subject matter expert for change management assessments, deviation, and CAPA management.

• Developing and revising metrology procedures and approved practices.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Participation in reliability-centered calibration programs for assets under their responsibility, development of calibration budgets, spares recommendations, and quality metrics.

• Participation in internal and external audits.

• Management of all Calibration Standards and Buffers to ensure accuracy and ongoing compliance with calibration activities.

• Maintenance of cGMP records, both paper-based and electronic.

• Provision of "on-call" support on a rotating basis and response to facilities issues as needed.

• Maintenance of Qualified Trainer qualifications to facilitate On Job Training (OJT) for colleagues.

• Administration and performance of works safely in accordance with site EHS policy and procedures, including LOTO, working at heights, hot works, and other duties as required.

• 6 to 10 years relevant experience working in a regulated (cGMP preferred) environment. Experience working in sterile manufacturing is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated management and proficiency in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of instrumentation used in bio-pharmaceutical production. This includes temperature, pressure, flow, and analytical instruments.

• Expertise in the proper storage, handling, and usage of calibration standards and buffers.

• Advanced understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Familiarity with GMP standards, quality management system processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated understanding and management of regulatory requirements (TGA, FDA, EMA etc.)

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation, electrical systems and equipment used throughout the facility.

• Understanding of how to validate equipment and systems to ensure they are working as intended.

• Knowledge of electrical safety practices in the pharmaceutical industry, including handling of hazardous materials and electrical safety.

• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) experience to schedule and track maintenance activities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.  Expected to be able to present own work to peers and cross-functional managers and influence leadership decisions.  Technical writing skills required.

• Must have a customer service mindset. Ability to manage competing priorities is critical.

• Must be able use his/her technical background to investigate issues using a structured problem solving approach to determine true root cause and develop effective corrective and preventative actions.  Must be able to find true root cause and path forward for complex problems.

As the Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Equine Medicine, you will be providing clinical and teaching services in equine medicine at the Veterinary Clinical Centre (VCC) in the School of Agricultural, Environmental and Veterinary Sciences. As a Solutions Architect at Elastic you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community. You will understand and solve our customer’s business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enable sales through our Partners. A successful SA at Elastic will be focused on excellence; taking the initiative to improve both themselves and the team through continuous learning and questioning the status quo.

What You Will Be Doing:
Serving as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs.
Creating and owning value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
Actively participating in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate the value of our offerings in sales meetings, and at events such as meetups and conferences.
Advising the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
Onboarding, educating and enabling our partners, and supporting them in sales cycles.
Creating collateral, contributing to programs and collaborating with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs.
Being the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs, gaps, and enhancements to our engineering and leadership teams.

A track record of success in a technical presales role-- enough experience selling and implementing technology to earn your customer’s trust.
A strong background in security (ideally focussing on SIEM).

Position Summary:
On behalf of our client, Global Skilled Employment Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Piggery Stockperson who can join the production team of a piggery company with multiple farm sites.
Must have strong communication and time management skills, self-motivated and must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Tasks and duties include:
• Supervise the site and facilities in terms of the required human resources, physical resources, safety requirements, consumables, documentation and measurement devices
• Provide overall maintenance and compliance of the Company Quality Assurance program for the site ensuring that all relevant documentation is kept current;
• Supervise data collection and recording so information is accurate to aid stock and inventory control
• Undertake specific tasks assigned by management to ensure that environmental, quality and safety goals are met

• Supervision and participation of daily inspection of livestock, ensuring compromised animals are individually assessed, identified, treated and record in accordance with the Company Herd Health Plan and the industries Model Code of Practice
• Euthanise sick or injured stock in a humane manner and in accordance with the Model Code of Practice for Animal Welfare – Pigs 3rd edition
• Conduct post mortem examinations of deceased stock and report findings
• Supervision and participation in the mating of animals via individually supervised mating or through Artificial Insemination
• Supervision of the birthing process, including the ability to physically conduct unsupervised internal assessments of females during parturition to minimise this incidence of still births
• Participate in company/industry training sessions and workshops as required;
• Perform any other duty as required by the Unit Manager.

Other skills required:
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced and extensive knowledge in animal husbandry, animal welfare, and pig production;
• Knowledge in using computer system is an advantage.
