Role Description
As a Sales Analyst, you’ll be directly involved in identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with referral partners. This role is pivotal in driving new business and expanding Caleb & Brown’s reach within the cryptocurrency space. Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, you will engage in outreach, execute on growth initiatives, and help execute on Caleb & Brown’s sales strategy.
This role is a unique opportunity to make an impact within a fast-growing Australian crypto company, and as one of the first hires in the Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas and drive growth initiatives in the company. Your input will be key in shaping our approach, identifying new partnership channels, and optimising current strategies to maximise partnership acquisition and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential referral partners across multiple sales channels
- Conduct targeted outreach to prospective partners, focusing on high-impact platforms while exploring and brainstorming new and innovative channels for the team to explore.
- Work alongside the Senior Business Development Manager to develop collateral used for various partner types and pitches
Sales & Relationship Management
- Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to identify new partnership opportunities and be involved in the end to end sales process from initial outreach to a signed agreement.
- Assist in the post acquisition tasks required for new partners, including onboarding new partners, maintaining clear communication and supporting each partner in their first promotional activities of C&B.
- Provide ideas and strategies to increase engagement and conversion among existing partners.
- Participate in sales calls, with the opportunity to lead calls over time, as you eventually develop your own portfolio of partners.
Strategy & Growth Initiatives
- Work collaboratively to identify and test new sales channels beyond proven winners, helping to grow Caleb & Brown’s reach and uncover new revenue and growth opportunities
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of outreach and partner acquisition, contributing ideas to optimise our processes and conversion strategies.
- Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions, bringing fresh ideas to the table and showing initiative in exploring innovative growth tactics.
Process Improvement & Analysis
- Maintain and enhance our lead generation list, ensuring that potential partners are well-researched and prioritised based on strategic goals.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to update and enhance sales collateral, ensuring alignment with Caleb & Brown’s branding and messaging.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Crypto knowledge and interest is required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organised with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Loves experimenting new ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in client-facing, sales, business development or crypto is a plus.
