Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Key Account Manager. The approach will be ensuring that partners are well-informed about Montu's latest products and offerings, aligning these with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics with the best solutions available from Montu (Please note - You will be required to travel 3-4 days on the road for face-to-face appointments).

Primary responsibilities include:

Relationship Management

• GP Networking: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with a broad network of GPs to understand their needs and concerns regarding patient care and treatment options.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and maintain a high standard of service.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to manage communications and resolve issues efficiently.

Clinical Support

• Clinical Inquiries: Respond to complex clinical questions and inquiries from GPs, providing evidence-based information and support.
• Medical Guidance: Provide guidance on the appropriate use of medications, addressing off-label usage questions and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Product Knowledge and Communication

• Field Insights: Share field insights with the internal teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and R&D, to inform product development, marketing strategies, and educational materials.
• Community Engagement: Participate in the development of strategies and plans for products and therapies within the healthcare professional community.

Commercial and Sales Performance

• Market Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company based on interactions with GPs and knowledge of the GP market.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align medical strategies with business objectives.
• Ongoing Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Forecasting and Reporting: Generate and present detailed forecasts, and plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives.
• Achieve Targets: Meet targets for the number of meetings per week, satisfaction, and sales to support commercial growth.

Your day-to-day

• Expansion and delivery of Entain owned products and services in the defined region.
• New business, actively seeking new business opportunities through established networks, and building new networks.
• Account Management, working closely with partnered licensed venues to help grow Entain’s presence within a venue.
• Negotiations of partnership opportunities with key account groups and venue owners.
• Marketing Collaboration – Working closely with the venues marketing teams to enhance marketing benefits of our products within venues.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Technology to enhance Entains value to venues and customers.
• Liaising with external stakeholders across Licensed venue owners and managers, venue marketing teams etc

What you’ll bring 

• Proven experience in Sales / Account management selling into Licensed Venues. You may have a sales background in one of the Breweries, Wagering, Gaming or other venue entertainment services.
• Proven ability as a highly motivated self-starter who is adept at working unsupervised and is always up for a challenge.
• Experience with Key Accounts in licensed venues would be looked on highly favourably.
• You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• An enthusiastic go-getter who works well in a face paced enviroment
• Impeccable driving record and hold a current drivers license

If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, we have an opportunity for a Carpenter to join our Building Maintenance team, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 14/7, 11hr day roster in the Bowen Region in Far North QLD.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to tackle various tasks, repair and refurbish equipment and ensure job requests and work orders are entered into the maintenance tracking system.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential you have a positive can-do attitude and meet the following criteria:

• Trade Certificate in Carpentry. 
• C Class Driver's License.
• Commitment to Safety in the workplace.
• Physically fit and able to work in diverse weather conditions.
• Carpentry experience at a remote site camp, village or property maintenance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Excellent attention detail and the be able to provide professional customer service ensuring exceptional presentation to client/customer satisfaction.
• Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate appropriate skills, experience and qualifications to perform the below listed tasks:

• Door replacements.
• Replacing/installing locksets.
• Wall Lining replacement and repairs.
• Flooring and Metal Roofing replacement and repairs - including flashings and cappings.
• Plasterboard ceiling replacements including flushing.
• Carpentry replacements (Cupboards and Draws).
• Framing /Partition construction.

It is not essential but highly advantageous to have the below:

• License to Perform High Risk Work - LF. 
• Standard 11 and current Coal Board Medical.
