We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team.

The Role:
As an Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work in a truly dynamic team with a chance to gain detail-oriented skills and broaden your network.
This is for a full-time role with an annual salary of $75,000 plus superannuation.
Working Hours Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm).
Responsibilities:
Providing financial and taxation advice on business structures, plans and operations.
Preparing financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies.
Processing of account payable invoices.
Manage AP anomalies captured from automated billing system.
Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage queries, discrepancies, credits, additional invoices.
Processing credit applications, set up new accounts and email enquiries.
Reconciliations to identify and manage any discrepancies.
Maintaining internal control systems.
Providing assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, ideally within the logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors.
Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
