This role holds the key responsibility of developing leaders across Kieser through training and development interventions. Position Responsibilities

3. Project manage the design, development and implementation of Learning & Development (L&D) solutions which fit both Kieser and leadership capability needs, in line with the business strategy and plan. 

4. Work autonomously or partner with L&D team or third-party providers to design blended learning solutions. Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts on projects for effective, relevant and accurate training interventions. 

5. Effectively implement L&D solutions via 1-1, group coaching, workshop facilitation and/or online learning to leaders, as appropriate. 

6. Review and assess the effectiveness of training interventions and solutions. 

7. Support and assist in the development of other Leads to strengthen and broaden the leadership development offer.  

8. Interstate travel required.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. About the role

You will be leading the development of renewable projects including wind, solar and battery storage that will need your stewardship through the development life cycle to financial close.

The role is based in our Melbourne or Sydney office – with site visits required to our development sites, stakeholders and communities. Essential Job Functions

Project Development

• Potentially anything that falls under the banner of Project Development from landowner liaison, development approvals, grid connection, EPC procurement, PPAs etc. Treat the projects as if they are your own.
• Assist the wider Investment Team through asset growth opportunities as required, including bringing your contributions and knowledge into project evaluations, acquisition bids, transaction and negotiation processes, due diligence work and supporting Investment Directors through internal approval processes.

Not only someone who knows how to code, but someone who can communicate limitations and opportunities within a project to a civilian (non coder).

Maybe you’re fresh out of uni and this is your first full-time job.

There Is Almost No Problem You Can’t Solve With Google, Stack Overflow, And A Rubber Duck...

No two days in this role will be the same.

However, our wizard of web development will be able to confidently:

• Be hands-on, with theme and plugin development for CMS (Wordpress and Shopify preferred, but let’s be real, CMS are all six of one half a dozen of the other).
• Command over HTML, CSS, PHP orand Javascript.
• Ability to Photoshop, Figma or other design tools to convert layered design files into HTML.
• Agency experience is a bonus, but an outstanding portfolio of projects is also great (both isare even better!).
• We use Git for version control - that shouldn’t be foreign to you.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - a must for any developer.
• Communicate technical issues to Account Managers in plain English to educate and help resolve client problems.
• The fundamental requirement to this role is attention to detail - recognising that the little details make the difference, while still being able to see the big picture.
• Support the Head of Web Development with training and supporting the mid and junior members on the team.

Look, our ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with a proven track record in punching out a wide variety of coding projects.

You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution.

And won’t be the type of person who throws their hands in the air and gives up at the first sight of a challenge.

What will your everyday work look like? Will it be boring?

The List Of Random Requests And Strange Problems To Fix Will Keep Your Workday Varied And Far From Boring!

One day you might be slicing up code for a landing page…

And the next day you might be looking at a Shopify site and setting up a one-time upsell.

• You must have work samples that demonstrate your abilities.
• We build a lot of landing pages, websites, eCommerce sites, and some completely custom projects - someone interested in practically applying their skills to solve real business problems would be a great fit for this position.
• You must have experience with server management - setting up and migrating sites and managing DNS settings should be a comfortable setting for you.
• You should be comfortable using APIs, getting your hands dirty in databases, and SSH should not scare you (too much).
• Experience in a lead or senior role is a big plus!
• Bonus for experience with AWS or other cloud hosting services, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, JS debugging, Vue, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, or other CRMs, or a good eye for design.
• This is a fast-paced environment. You don't need to be the fastest dev ever, but you do need to be ready for a challenge.
