About the role: 

As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.    

What you will be doing: 

• Researching client needs, analysing trends, recommending best practices, mapping the requirements to the system, and creating detailed specifications documents.

• Configuring treasury system based on the specifications.

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies, solving complex problems and recommending solutions.  

• Conducting a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Conducting tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.

• Influencing clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities & system capabilities including training internal and external users.

What you will need:   

• Advanced knowledge of Treasury operations (Front, Middle and Back office) including Accounting/Hedge/GL knowledge. Excellent knowledge of Treasury Financial Instruments and its functions (Foreign Exchange, Securities, Mutual Funds, Repos and Derivatives) including pricing and valuations.

• Understanding of Hosted & SaaS implementation environments

• Experience in using SQL DB/Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.

• Background in Consulting, Project / end-to-end systems implementation as a Functional / technical Consultant.

• Hands on using and configuring systems.

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Understanding of the database structure by utilizing report writing tools

• Experience in using SQL DB/Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.

• Previous experience with Quantum Software or a similar Treasury/Risk management software product

• A bachelors degree in business or finance or equivalent experience

We are currently looking to add a Digital Strategy Consultant to our Customer Consultancy team, to help customers achieve their business and digital objectives by leveraging modern software capabilities and digital best practices. This role requires a combination of creative, strategic and analytical skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and define web solutions, recommendations and roadmaps for customers who are typically heads of digital, IT or web managers within large organisations. 

The ideal candidate will have prior digital strategy, web agency or consulting experience in a similar role. You will have exceptional communication, relationship management and commercial skillsets with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for Squiz and our customers.

About the role: 

As a Digital Strategy Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Understanding and prioritising customer needs and pain points in relation to digital experience design, delivery and management
• Designing, planning and facilitating stakeholder engagement and discovery workshops  
• Transforming big ambitions into clearly articulated and actionable roadmaps and presentations
• Identifying opportunities to leverage the Squiz Digital Experience Platform (DXP) capabilities (e.g AB testing, personalisation, portals, forms and data capture) and other tools within the customer’s wider ecosystem to improve their digital experiences 
• Inspiring customers with opportunities to deliver industry-leading web solutions alongside a clear path to execution 
• Identifying the resources, activities and technologies required to implement solutions (or proactively engaging with stakeholders to define this)

For this role, we ask that you have the following experience and traits:

• Previous consulting or digital advisory-related experience: consulting, design or digital agency
• Workshop design and facilitation from senior to operational stakeholders 
• Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking capabilities 
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills (proficient in creating visually engaging PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations) 
• Presence and professional presentation for customers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience conducting research, surveys, or interviews, and gleaning insights from data
• Ability to steer cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes 
• Able to work to deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.

Purpose of Role:

Duties:

• Assist injured individuals by generating new employment opportunities with potential employers and manage the commencement and sustainability of this employment.

• Provide job seeking assistance services tailored to individual needs, primarily through a combination of candidate marketing and vacancy generation.

• Undertake administrative functions, including detailed documentation of service delivery utilising IPAR’s client database management system.

• Required to own and maintain a road worthy, comprehensively insured motor vehicle and hold a valid current driver’s licence.

About the Role (your why)

This is an exciting time to join Datacom as we look to grow our ServiceNow practice in Australia. As a ServiceNow- Senior Functional Consultant, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. What you’ll do

At the moment, as a ServiceNow - Senior Functional Consultant, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.

Additionally, we’re looking for the following -

• Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
• TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
• Knowledge and certification of any other modules
• Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
• Previous implementation project experience
• ServiceNow Functional Certifications and CSA desirable
