Le Pont International College has a team of highly talented professionals and are currently seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join its experienced and friendly team in Sydney.
This is a terrific opportunity for the right candidate to drive the marketing strategy and keep Le Pont International College as an internationally recognized brand. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and assisting in the development of effective value propositions and go to market plans to maximize ROI. The focus of the role is to manage and execute marketing campaigns that meet and exceed ROI targets for the marketing plan and attract new clients across the portfolio.
The marketing specialist will maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and will manage a diverse range of portfolios. The marketing specialist will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market.
The Marketing specialist will support the team in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, communication activities, annual calendar and marketing budget. This is a position for someone with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients and all stakeholders.
You are highly creative, organized and proactive with a high-level attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the director, this role is responsible for the design and delivery of end-to-end marketing and communications strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a related discipline OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing advertising policies and campaigns to support enrolment objectives, showcasing the college’s educational programs and unique offerings.
• Advising college leadership on advertising strategies to reach prospective students, create awareness of the college’s programs, and effectively promote the advantages of studying at Le Pont International College.
• Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
• Coordinating the production of advertising campaigns involving specialised tasks, such as designing promotional materials, writing compelling copy, scripting for digital media, and managing placements in various media channels, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Analysing data on prospective student preferences and behaviors to align marketing efforts with student expectations and interests.
• Monitoring and anticipating trends in education to tailor the college’s offerings to current and future market demands.
• Researching potential demand and key market characteristics for new programs, collecting and analysing data to support program development.
• Supporting the college’s growth and reputation by setting and executing marketing goals, policies, and campaigns.
• Conducting or commissioning market research to uncover new opportunities for promoting existing courses and launching new educational programs.
• Providing insights on all facets of marketing, such as course portfolio development, pricing strategies, advertising and promotional tactics, student engagement approaches, and distribution of marketing materials across appropriate channels.
• Identify market opportunities by defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share
• Analyze marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies
• End to end campaign management across all marketing channels
Skills, experience and attributes:
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
• Understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
• Knowledge of ESOS Act
• Strong proficiency in market research, campaign planning and execution
• Proficiency in marketing analytical tools and platforms
• Experience with Australian education sector
• Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate priorities with attention to the smallest details
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and with constantly evolving priorities
• Results driven, dedicated to the customer experience, build quality relationships through effective communication and influence, and thrive on generating market and business insights
Remuneration
The salary offered is $75,000 plus 11.5% superannuation and is market competitive to attract the very best people.
