Bosch Oceania is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to cover the Queensland, Western Australia, and Northern Territory regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in robotics, automation, and manufacturing solutions. This is a Maximum term (2 Years) full-time opportunity, it will be a home-office based role which will require regular regional and domestic travel, and occasional international travel.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Proactively seek out and develop new regional business opportunities by effectively communicating the value proposition of BAMS to current and potential customers.
• Coordinating marketing and advertising activities across Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
• Facilitating regular discussions, meetings, and conferences with BAMS customers.
• Representing BAMS at exhibitions and conferences.
• Partnering with customers to understand their commercial and technical requirements and assist in creating tailored solution concepts.
• Performing market analysis, benchmarking, and support BAMS offerings while maintaining a competitive edge.
• Managing the end-to-end customer-facing sales process, including marketing and sales strategy, lead generation, enquiry handling, oversee project execution, and post-service follow-up.
• Fostering effective communication and collaboration with BAMS teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of customer projects.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
• Collaborating with divisional partners and sales support teams to maximize market engagement.

Work from home role - 20hrs per week, shifts available Mon-Fri, between 9am and 5pm

• Paid, in person training in the Brisbane CBD from the 20th of January (1 week)
• Monthly connection days required - just one shift per month, in either the Brisbane CBD or Maroochydore 
• $27.30 an hour + Super + Uncapped commissions + Employee Discounts

About The Role

As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will call recent guests of Accor from the comfort of your own home, inviting them to a FREE night stay at our hotels. About You

Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, ideally based around the SEQ region, who loves connecting with customers over the phone. To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be confident making outbound calls, to recent guests of Accor Hotels

• Able to attend in person training at our Brisbane CBD hotel from the 20th of January to the 24th of January, from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
• Comfortable coming to the Brisbane CBD or Maroochydore office once per week for your first 4 weeks post training, and then just once per month after your first month on the job

This hands-on, property-driven approach ensures you’ll be at the forefront of connecting local insights with corporate sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy focused on driving new business opportunities within the immediate vicinity of each property, ensuring active engagement and accountability from property teams.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new sales opportunities in the immediate area surrounding each property, collaborating closely with property representatives to drive results.
