Strong emphasis on roadworks, maintenance, ashpalt, drainage, bulk earthworks, cost / program planning, OH&S & compliance.
Supervising and mentoring all operators in the business.
Support engineering solutions and contribute to client requirements
Service inspections and relevant research for engineering strategies



You will be part of established site teams with ample support and guidance - all these companies have multiple supervisors of different build interfaces, as well as site based PC's/Site Engineers, CA's and full time site based PM


Fully documented projects though your specific expertise in structures, finishes and/or services will be utilised in planning/programming and value engineering process


Fully accredited systems/processes - you will be utilising site safety software and well developed document management systems.

The ability to influence and converse freely with workers on site, managers in the business & board level directors.

A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects within Australia with strong references essential
You must be able to demonstrate best practice in OHS - Certificate III/IV preferred

ROLE:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing front of house operations in conjunction with, or, in the absence of the Venue Manager. A key part of the role will be to supervise the front of house team and provide assistance, guidance and training to junior team members as identified/required. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that the venue is always presented at the standard set by the Venue Manager. This will be in relation to cleanliness, lighting, music, temperature, staff presentation, and readiness for service. The Restaurant Manager will be able to run any or all section(s) of the dining room as required and be comfortable assisting the bar team as well as taking bookings and hosting the venue. The Restaurant Manager will work collaboratively with the front of house and back of house managers to ensure that restaurant standards are maintained at the highest possible level and guests are receiving exceptional experiences that exceed expectations. • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to guide, lead, and influence kitchen staff
