Are you a highly experienced BDM with good relationships within the Commercial/Asset Finance Broker channel? Do you thrive on building new business whilst building rapport with customers? In this role you will use your highly developed relationship skills to increase revenue through our broker channel. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our customers are at the forefront of everything we do. You’ll also be involved in building our brand through industry events and presenting within the finance sector.

Our Service Centre operates as the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation, monitoring our systems across NSW, QLD, WA, VIC, NT and soon to be TAS. Our team minimise downtime, coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs, as well as provide Australia-wide customer service. The Service Centre operates two shifts a day, seven days a week.

Based in our St Leonards head office, our Service Centre Manager is responsible for leading this integral function of TOMRA by having a strong focus on polices, processes, continuous improvement and training.

What you’ll be doing:

• Focusing on maximizing Machine uptime and high customer satisfaction
• Accountable for Service Centre KPIs and ensuring these are appropriately cascaded down the team
• Overseeing and reviewing performance of all Service Centre team members and working with team members to drive results
• Maintaining an inclusive and collaborative culture within the Service Centre
• Training and development of team members, as well as coaching and empowering senior team members in their role
• Championing continuous improvement of Service Centre processes
• Acting as the conduit between the Service Centre and other teams, both within TOMRA and externally
• Generating regular reports for internal stakeholders on Service Centre performance
• Providing input to business activities on Service Centre capabilities, processes and customer feedback trends.
• Managing the Service Centre roster to ensure it is suitably staffed across all operating hours

What you will be doing:

In this Product Management role, you will be responsible for building and launching new products for the rapidly evolving fintech industry. The International Product Manager provides thought leadership and roadmap updates to Implementation teams, Sales teams, and third-party vendors for international markets.

What you bring:

• 7-10 years’ experience in Product Management/Owner roles with a focus on delivering complex projects
• Sound knowledge within core banking, in particular Deposits, Integration, Reporting products
• Solid experience in global banking markets
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• A bachelor’s in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.

About the role:
In a Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with clients, local colleagues and the wider global team you will manage significant projects.

• Manage project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed

• Manage project risk and assist with problem resolution

• Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.

• Ensure requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards. Develops alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.

What you will need:

• At least 8 years of end-to-end Project Management experience in IT Software Implementation Projects for Banking/Capital Markets.

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.
