Your role will include:

• Lead and support design activities, including the role of owner's engineer, supporting clients in the development, construction, and management of their projects.
• Responsible for engineering activities, including managing sub-contractors and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as mechanical, process, structural, civil engineering, and project management, to achieve project key performance indicators (KPIs) and requirements.
• Provide mentoring to less experienced engineers and peers.
• Conduct site visits and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation, including engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical reports.

What are we looking for from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field recognized by Engineers Australia.
• Significant experience in technical design and delivering projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including power distribution (up to 33kV), control systems, and instrumentation design.
• Significant experience gained within Australia in designing and implementing utility-scale generation or storage, or similar project experience in HV substation, HV reticulation, and heavy industry.
• Experience in various electrical calculation software packages, such as PowerCAD, ETAP, DesignBase, CDEG, will be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and codes related to electrical design and installation associated with the water industry, such as AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008, AS/NZS 61439, AS/NZS 2067, AS/NZS 60079.
• Chartered Professional Engineer accreditation or eligible candidates are highly regarded.

What you’ll do as a Telematics Implementation Lead: 

As a Telematics Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the 3G-4GTelematics implementation programme for TGE. You will work with internal stakeholders (Business leaders, workshops, fleet managers and program manager) as well as external providers of components and services to ensure that the Telematics upgrade programme objectives are met with regards to scope, operational impact, quality, and financial budget. You will act as a key conduit for information and communication between all stakeholders including our internal business units and provide regular updates with regards to the programme’s activities.

What are we looking for in a Telematics Implementation Lead? What’s important? 

• 2+ years project management experience in the national transport and logistics space
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• 5+ years experience dealing with suppliers and internal/external customers
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Technical working knowledge of heavy vehicles and related peripherals

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive medical sales professional with ambition and high energy to join our Diabetes Team as a Territory Specialist.

This role is responsible for the promotion of our life changing technology to Health Care Professionals in Sydney Central, Inner City & West Regional NSW (Dubbo, Parkes, Forbes).

Abbott’s life changing glucose monitoring technology is rapidly changing the management of insulin using patients living with diabetes within Australia.  The successful candidate will be accountable to exceed sales targets by executing the business strategy, proactively meeting the dynamic needs of the marketplace and by building superior partnerships with HCP’s that bring value to our customers and enhance patient lives.

Your responsibilities include (and not limited to):

• Maintaining a high level of competence in FreeStyle Libre (and its digital products platform) competitor products disease states and industry compliance
• Demonstrating proficiency in tools of the trade, processes and policies
• Developing sales action plans in line with the marketing strategy and evaluate and track the implementation of these on an ongoing basis
• Planning, executing and analysing sales calls to create call-continuity with customers
• Promoting value-add services that improve the quality of care available to patients and creating solutions to meet customer needs

Who we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in a Science discipline is essential
• Relevant industry experience (both Primary Care and Hospital) in medical devices, however, strong customer facing experience as a pharmacist will be highly regarded
• Proven track record in delivering sales targets with demonstrated proficiency with selling skills in a sales framework is advantageous
• Business acumen and analytical skills
• Customer-centric mindset, active listening, genuine empathy and a strong desire to resolve issues; deliver a high level of customer focused service to internal and external customers
• Concisely and clearly communicate with the ability to articulate technical/clinical information

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.  Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results.

The VCA team within Australia provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients in Australia and New Zealand, that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy.        

The Role
We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager to lead VCA’s Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) Practice for the AuNZSP region. The CMS Practice supports our clients to create and launch market-leading business payments solutions, derive greater value from the active management of their existing business cards portfolios, and identify new strategic growth opportunities. 

As the Practice lead, the Sr. Manager will be responsible for growing the CMS Practice through business development, leading and delivering consulting engagements, and developing new solutions to continuously enhance and diversify the Practice’s client offerings.

In this role, the Sr. Manager will lead a small team of consultants and collaborate with cross-functional experts across Visa’s business to jointly develop client proposals, participate in client sales activities and ensure client engagements are delivered with excellence. The full range of responsibilities are detailed below:

Responsibilities

On a project-by-project basis:

• Prepare client project proposals, clarifying objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, roles and responsibilities, draw input from clients, local client relationship managers and functional teams
• Oversee project setup including contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, interview guides and client data requirements
• Develop a fact base by undertaking client interviews, collecting and analysing inputs such as client data, process flows, policies, competitive, industry and environmental information
• Analyse Visa and client data to conduct benchmarking, identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with data science team members to leverage data analytics capabilities
• Manage execution of one or more project engagements, building client relationships, utilising governance frameworks and mitigating or resolving complex problems that emerge
• Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement, leverage relevant VCA methodologies, frameworks and global best practices
• Design and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly and at times support implementation at the client onsite

• Identify and surface opportunities for client projects
• Create, develop and maintain VCA IP and consulting offerings
• Continuously build knowledge, surface new insights and produce thought leadership pieces that contribute to practice development and global best practice

We are looking for a new Clinical Lead to run the daily operations for EACH's Right Care = Better Health Program, creating a team culture that strives towards better outcomes for their clients.  We will look to you to identify opportunities and new innovations that may contribute to the evidence base we have built, and ensure your team seeking to identify and deliver high quality outcomes for their clients.

You will guide your team to consult with clients both virtually and in person, as well as in a hybrid capacity, and will also collaborate with the broader EACH and external partner teams to coordinate complex health care services and linkages across general practices.  This role will see you ensuring your team are providing comprehensive individual assessments and tailored care for patients with complex and chronic conditions.

You will assist your team to enable them to work with clients to understand their needs and make recommendations for treatments and interventions to encourage them to actively engage in the management of their condition, as well as reducing any barriers that they may be facing to receiving treatments.

You’ll also be committed to the principles and practices of community health, primary health and the social model of health, and possess excellent skills in a wide range of clinical assessment, treatment, intervention and client education in chronic disease management.
