What You’ll Do

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a full time permanent Account Manager for Queensland to join our SIXT Sales team. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of corporate accounts and the sourcing of new business opportunities. The role will also look for opportunities to grow incremental business from existing accounts and move where possible from secondary preferred to primary preferred supplier.  

This role is open to candidates in Sydney and Queensland. We offer a hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to work from our Sydney CBD, Sydney Olympic Park or Coolangatta offices and from home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying new business opportunities in the QLD car rental sector and managing a portfolio of existing accounts
• Preparing sales submissions, reports, tenders and presentations
• Proactively working with Franchisees to win national business
• Working with TMC’s to support and win corporate accounts
• Collate and analyse data on industry trends to underpin analysis of existing and potential growth opportunities within your accounts
• Assessing viability/financial impact of acquisition targets and new opportunities
• Work with the different states to ensure all business opportunities are coordinated across Australia for any national accounts
• Retaining corporate portfolio at profitable margins or re-negotiate
• Secure profitable business in line with the company’s profit contribution margin guide

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years Account Management or sales experience in a B2B sales lead organization
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate & industry partners, other industry associations, operators and trade partners
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Demonstrated effective usage of interpersonal skills along with communication style to influence others
• Proven ability to exceed customer expectations in terms of the service and quality of product offered
• Ability to travel nationally as required

Your role

The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network. The Manager, Superannuation and Corporate Remuneration is responsible for executing the Qantas Group’s superannuation strategy in Australia and globally. The role provides advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders and Senior Management on matters such as: government policy changes, legal and regulatory requirements, industry developments and manages the superannuation governance framework. • 7+ years’ experience in a policy, legal or strategy role

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Public Policy, Economics or a related field

• Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to understand and solve complex analytical problems

• Highly developed skills in senior stakeholder management and project management

• Ability to own and lead issue resolution and monitor compliance and governance

• An understanding of / experience in superannuation highly desirable but not essential

As the Lounges Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading lounge teams and operations across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, including International, Domestic and Regional lounges. You will work with partner areas to develop consistent and connected service experiences across our lounge customer touchpoints.  You will be a people leader and change agent focused on aligning lounges with the best customer experience practices whilst overseeing operational performance within a region.

The core role accountabilities include people management, supplier management, safety, financial performance, operational delivery, and customer advocacy.  In addition, providing project management leadership to support key change initiatives within your regional portfolio of lounges including lounge refurbishments, menu and service changes, as well as attracting new client airline business.
