We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Process Lead to play a vital role in delivering impactful programs that transform processes, systems, and outcomes for Melba.
What You'll Do
- Business Analysis & Process Leadership:
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and gap analyses.
- Develop clear documentation, including business rules, customer journey maps, and process models.
- Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements to achieve strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to define needs and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, including IT, project managers, and change leads.
- Support business case development and align solutions with organizational priorities.
- Support Key Projects:
- Contribute to project scope definition under Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Assist in vendor assessment and evaluation processes.
- Provide training support, testing oversight, and documentation for successful implementation.
About You
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project collaboration in medium to large environments.
- Familiarity with BPMN, UML, or equivalent process mapping methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to elicit and document complex requirements.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and project tools like Miro or Asana.
- Experience in the care/disability support sector (desirable).
- Familiarity with the BABoK. CCBA or CBAP certified (desirable).
Requirements: A current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (we can support you through the process of obtaining one or both checks if you don’t already have them).
