Our Front Office team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focused Guest Service Agent (GSA). As our newest GSA your role is to welcome our guests on arrival to ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. To set you up to succeed: Two weeks of structed training will be provided to you covering the tasks required on both the morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be assigned a buddy who will support you as you learn the system and resort features.

The role: Working on our busy reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. The hours: Full time role available working up to 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

We are looking for an awesome, switched on and all-rounder TPB-registered accountant to manage a portfolio of clients in Australia and lead a team of accountants!

You will be responsible for the delivery of any of our services that require Tax or BAS agent registration, like BAS submissions, STP, and annual company tax returns.

We are looking for someone to join our mission of modernising how accounting and back-office compliance is offered to small businesses.

You will have at least 2 years’ experience being fully responsible for all clients’ tax needs and will be comfortable managing and nurturing a team of bookkeepers working remotely. You will have a passion for delivering great client service to our clients, with excellent organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Sleek’s tax services in Australia, including internal process set-up
• Provide accounting and tax agent services to a portfolio of Australian startup and SME clients
• Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
• BAS preparation and submission
• Tax return preparation and submission
• Provide supervision and control for remote bookkeeping clients
• Advising and engaging with clients on various accounting & taxation matters
• Hire, train, nurture and grow a team of like minded accountants

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, including relevant Australian tax units
• TPB Tax agent registration as an individual with 2 years of experience - Mandatory
• 4+ years experience as a practising accountant and tax practitioner for sole traders and private companies

• 2+ years Xero Payroll experience, including setting up and assistance running Single Touch Payroll and superannuation
• Effective client servicing & communication skills
• High degree of professionalism, an excellent representative of our organisation
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Xero Practice Manager, Google Suite (gmail, meets, drive), and other software applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets

The Role

We're on the lookout for someone to join our awesome Customer Service team. They’re the first point of contact for our owners and hirers (customers) via phone, tickets, and live chat. They help our customers with all sorts of things from finding the right vehicle to hire, helping with listings, verification checks and managing breakdown and accident call-outs.

If you would like to join this incredible team, you’ll need experience in a customer service role (ideally in a call centre). We’re open to your industry experience but insurance, travel, hospitality or retail would help set you up for success. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to actively listen and respond empathetically to customers is essential. You also need to be comfortable thinking on your feet and problem solving. Geographical knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand locations would also be an advantage.

This is a fast-paced role so strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to switch between systems whilst talking to customers is required. This is a full time position working out of our headquarters in Newcastle, NSW. The team is very close-knit, fun and collaborative and sets all new team members up for success with a comprehensive onboarding and training program.

• Able to work a 7-day a week roster (mostly Mon-Fri but some weekends required)
