We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst and Product Manager to join our team at Upside Digital. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day activities of our performance marketing company while also enhancing our internal lead delivery and validation platform, Upside Lead.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with users, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather and document business and technical requirements that align with our marketing objectives. Your expertise in analysing and optimising business processes and technical workflows will be vital in identifying inefficiencies and recommending best practices for performance improvement.

In this role, you will utilise agile project management methodologies to develop and manage project plans, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. * Develop detailed technical specifications for developers to guide software design and development.
* Act as a key liaison between engineering, business, and leadership teams, providing technical guidance and support for decision-making.
* Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and services to ensure seamless interoperability with internal platforms.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in a performance marketing or technology environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and technical workflows.
* Proficiency in agile project management tools and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with data modelling, process mapping, and software design techniques is a plus.
* Familiarity with performance marketing principles and lead generation processes is highly desirable.
