Job Duties :

• Oversee general office operations and provide reports to management.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage both administrative and financial tasks.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and well-organised workplace.
- Manage and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Provide high level support to the Managing Partner and senior managers, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Manage the firm's social media accounts, create & post content, and engage with followers to enhance the firm’s online presence.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new clients.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing, expense reporting, and budget tracking, and oversee the admin team’s accurate processing of AP &AR.

Experience, Attributes, Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager within an accounting firm.
- At least 4 years experience as an office manager
- Strong moral compass, willingness to learn, and the ability to develop & lead a small admin team professionally and with humility.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively.
- Systems savvy, Microsoft Office and familiarity with XERO accounting software.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a keen eye for process improvement, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

This is a full time position offering a salary of $75 000 - $85 000 per year
