About the role:
In a Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

About the team:

Our PM teams work on significant projects with major banking and finance clients within the Capital Markets sector.

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with clients, local colleagues and the wider global team you will manage significant projects.

• Manage project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed

• Manage project risk and assist with problem resolution

• Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.

• Ensure requirements for internal technology projects align to operational standards. Develops alternate requirements or document exceptions as appropriate.

• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams

• Working with cross functional teams to delivery projects on time and to budget

What you will need:

• At least 8 years of end-to-end Project Management experience in IT Software Implementation Projects for Banking/Capital Markets.

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

About the role:

This is a brand-new role (2 year max term contract), for an industry employment visionary leader with ambition and ability to make a transformational difference. Drawing on your relevant service development, corporate and networking experience you will co-develop a new autism friendly employment service consultancy which, in time, will become sustainable through fee for service income.

• By 3 months, have a project plan in place with clear reportable milestones and KPI’s – for the Executive and grant funder 
• Work with the Aspect Research Centre for Autism Practice (ARCAP) to develop a research-based comprehensive autism friendly employment framework
• Spend time synthesizing, research, listen to Autistic people and understand the Autism Friendly team
• Deliver gold standard ‘Working in Partnership between Autistic and non-autistic staff’ at every stage of service development and implementation
• Identify the good practice supports and processes that exist in Aspect (e.g. My Work Profile and Inclusive Interviewing), collate and build new resources until the framework is complete with research-based practice
• By the end of year 1, have delivered two Employment consultancies with corporates with an insights/evaluation reports to keep Executive informed

Qualifications & Experience

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience providing Zoom training sessions to customers with a broad range of technical aptitudes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer success metrics, and the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive action.

• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with timesheet, payroll, or accounting software is a bonus.

As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital projects. This includes managing day-to-day project operations, facilitating agile processes, and ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and the leadership team.
