This role is our first Product Marketing hire and is suited to an entrepreneurial individual with the desire to be a part of an early stage startup. Reporting into our Head of Product, you’ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to effectively communicate the Budgetly product to prospects and customers.

Some of the main responsibilities you’ll have:

• Lead cross-functional efforts to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and drive product adoption.
• Craft differentiated messaging and deliverables to support product launches.
• Manage and refine launch processes, including communications strategies and internal training.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to create campaigns for lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and retention.

This role is initially 4 hours per week for equity only.

About The Role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving retention and growth for Spacetalk Mobile (MVNO). Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is a high-impact, high-accountability position within a turnaround environment where results matter. Direct telco marketing experience, expertise in regulatory compliance, and an awareness of industry standards are essential to succeed in this role. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing all marketing activities for the MVNO business, including campaign planning, offer development, pricing strategies, and customer engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with our customers and achieve our business objectives. 
 

What You'll Do:

• Retention and Growth Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise customer retention and acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals. 

• Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage customer insights and analytics to design effective Klayiyo campaigns and targeted messaging. 

• Pricing and Offers: Develop and manage pricing strategies and promotional offers to optimise ARPU and customer satisfaction. 

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives. 

• Customer Experience: Enhance customer lifecycle communication and engagement to improve retention and reduce churn. 

• Performance Tracking: Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successes.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead Procore’s APAC digital growth and expansion strategy. This role is ideal for a data-driven, best-in-class digital marketer who thrives on building scalable strategies to fuel business growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert who can scrutinise every stage of the marketing funnel, driving acquisition and expansion through innovation, precision, and relentless optimisation.

As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you will lead a team of two and collaborate closely with the APAC segment and global marketing teams to craft and execute a high-impact digital advertising strategy. What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation and execution of a full-funnel, data-backed digital marketing strategy, driving awareness, acquisition, and expansion across APAC.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Events, Web, and Automation teams to ensure seamless tactical execution aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyse and optimise customer journeys to ensure effective conversions across all touchpoints, deliver high-quality leads, leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth, and achieve measurable ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop performance media plans across PPC, programmatic, display, and social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
• Spearhead the development and optimisation of account based marketing campaigns leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Demandbase, and other marketing tools.
• Create a robust testing roadmap that includes new audiences, messaging, and creative strategies to drive continual improvement
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using data insights to guide strategy and optimisations and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives
• Collaborate with the global Centre of Excellence teams to adopt and implement best practices in the APAC market.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS, technology, or a related industry.
• Deep knowledge of PPC, programmatic/display, and paid social, with hands-on expertise in managing digital platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decision-making and experience creating actionable insights from marketing metrics to optimise pipeline performance and maximise ROI.
• Proven expertise in developing and optimising account-based marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
• Effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders, including agency relationships and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and impact.
