What You’ll Do:

Drive High-Performance Sales Teams:

• Help build a culture of accountability and performance excellence by establishing clear objectives, KPIs, and processes.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify skills gaps and develop tailored coaching to maximise efficiency and success.

GTM Strategy Execution:

• Work closely with the Global Enablement team to roll out global training programs that align with regional needs.
• Support the implementation of GTM strategies in the region, ensuring that all teams are well-prepared and equipped to execute on business priorities.

Sales Process Optimisation:

• Regularly assess sales calls and meetings using platforms like Salesforce and Gong to evaluate sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to continuously refine and optimise tools and processes to drive better results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and execution on key initiatives.
• Help translate strategic goals into actionable training and enablement programs that drive performance at every level.

Performance Reporting:

• Work with leadership to track key performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs.
• Use data insights to continuously improve and refine sales enablement efforts and ensure teams are aligned with company goals.

Your new role;

What you’ll bring to the role;

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a vet nurse with previous experience leading a team
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of emergency nursing practices and procedures
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work 
• Great attention to detail
• HR experience in performance monitoring and management
• Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
• Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good business acumen and organisational skills
