We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Business Unit Finance team, supporting our Product teams!

What is this role about?

The role supports the Finance Business Partner in the delivery of quality advice and information to support their allocated Product Domain business unit to meet and exceed their financial targets in the short, medium, and long term. This role covers the full P&L, with a 90% weighting on Revenue Management.

The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:

Reporting:

• Performance Monitoring: Assist the Finance Business Partner with the monthly financial activities end to end for your Domain, covering month, YTD and performance reporting including driver-based variance analysis and commentary on Product Revenue, Operating costs and Investment activities.
• Performance Reporting: Support the preparation of the monthly performance dashboards, highlighting key metrics, trends, and variances. Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and provide actionable insights.
• Accruals & adjustments: Prepare and process accruals or adjustments to ensure that financial statements reflect the true economic condition of the BU.
• Bi-annual Reporting: Support delivery of half year and year end commentary to the financial statements for the Domain’s Product drivers.

Decision Support:

• Support the Finance Business Partner with the provision of high-quality driver-based commentary and insights to support key stakeholder decision making
• Business partnering with key stakeholders in the Domains and across Channels and Finance teams.
• Support both the Business Unit Finance Team and Domains with continuous improvement initiatives. Focused on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of financial processes, and to drive insightful reporting developments.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

• Assist with the delivery of financial plans and forecast – construct and maintain a driver based 3-year strategic plan and rolling monthly forecast in accordance with timetable.
• Analysis of inputs, particularly transaction drivers (or similar) working with the business to gain driver-based inputs and insights.
• Support the preparation of qualitative insightful reporting on budget/forecast submissions, including potential opportunity and risks

Day to day, you will:

• Help deliver on the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) strategy, including driving and contributing to project/ initiative work
• Partner with leaders to integrate health and safety into daily operations
• Partner with and guide managers and employees through end-to-end health and safety management of their site and business unit/s.
• Design and implement fit for purpose controls for unique safety challenges
• Provide advice and support to leaders on HSW matters.
• Enable teams to manage risks and prioritise wellbeing proactively.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the safety management system.
• Identify, assess and respond to health and safety risks in the workplace.
• Drive best practices to maintain a safe workplace in line with Nine's objectives.

• Responsible for selling our industry leading SaaS and PaaS offerings to a specific region, working together with our Partner Solution Consultants to ensure the Service Provider capitalises on the full benefits of ServiceNow Platform
• Responsible for implementing the Service Provider Program with existing and prospective Service Providers within a specified region
• Support and lead on all Service Provider Sales which are related to the End Customers of the Service Provider and for external shared services to the public market (Internal Use led by Field Rep)
• First line support to Field Sales (commercial or non) for guidance on all matters relating to Service Providers (such as best practice, GTM approach, building IP and solution positioning) in partner with ACE Solution Consultants
• Responsible for selling our industry leading SaaS and PaaS offerings to a specific region, working together with ACE Solution Consultants to ensure the Service Provider capitalises on the full benefits of ServiceNow Platform
• Responsible to explain the SP Partner Program nuances, details and 3rd party use rights to the Service Provider
• Lead and support the Service Providers to drive an accelerated “growth agenda” which takes into account their strengths and the power of the ServiceNow platforms based on partners core capabilities and customer footprint
• Building sales and marketing strategies with the Service Provider to capitalise on the ServiceNow Platform
• Manage development of new applications based on ServiceNow platform, assisting Service Providers from earlier stage (use case definitions) to the market and promotion of packaged Business Offerings
• Be the trusted advisor to the partner by understanding their existing and future IT road map to drive Identify, recruit, enable, develop, manage and motivate new partners (including training, demand generation, co-selling, forecast management, business plan development, and collection
• Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure in support of direct sales team
