The Opportunity

The Technical Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding the business objectives and translating them into technical requirements. Working with multiple teams across the business, this role is responsible for translating stakeholder objectives into technical requirements, help articulate business value, assist in identifying solution options including pros-cons for each, support prioritisation and ensure that the changes and impacts are understood by the affected parties.

Responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

• Support Delivery Lead in conducting Agile rituals effectively and also provide relevant information required for project management and governance

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong and demonstrated skills in business process analysis and mapping
• Experience with Salesforce Administration highly regarded
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC within an Agile environment
• Sound knowledge in maintenance and access to data and information, including the ability to identify, design, extract, and report on complex datasets, with a good understanding of SQL and relational data structures
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of configuration and coding practices of SaaS systems, ideally including AWS and Salesforce modules.
