The Gig

The purpose of this role of Product Manager is to take ownership of the products within their portfolio, from ideation through to launch and ongoing optimisation. Some of the key responsibilities of the gig are outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Inform product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals; and communicate these to a wider audience.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product iterations.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization.
• Regularly update stakeholders on product status, progress, and upcoming releases.
• Oversee product release cycles, including planning, coordination, and communication with relevant teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience you’ll bring:

• 5+ years experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role
• Preferred prior background in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Track record of successfully managing product development from conception to launch
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
• Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Aha!)
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

The IT Project Manager HRIS – Minderoo Foundation is responsible for delivering key projects including implementation of a new HRIS within required quality, schedule and budget constraints. 

This role is primarily focussed on the delivery of new solutions, including a new HRIS, in service of our Foundation, and upgrades/enhancements to related solutions.  

This is a fast-paced role, with competing demands and shifting timelines. Extensive stakeholder and vendor management will be required, as well as collaboration across IT verticals, Minderoo Foundation and third-party vendors.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the front office department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• The Assistant Manager in the absence of the Front Office Manager and or General Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel across all departments
• Drive loyalty sign ups in line with Accor Hotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiatives
• Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive
• Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the Front Office team
• Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to
• Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when needed
• Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members
• implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices

The Asset Manager manages, controls, and protects the organization’s IT assets (i.e., hardware) throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. In addition, the IT Asset Manager designs, develops, and implements the organization’s asset management strategy.

The Asset Manager will develop and implement the asset management framework throughout the organisation, aiming for integration and a consistent approach across all teams. It is expected the incumbent will be a key member of TSA’s Asset Management Steering Group, helping to drive improvement in TSA’s asset management capability.

The role requires the ability to plan for the provision, maintenance, and renewal of assets via guiding policies, strategies and detailed plan documents. The accurate recording, analysis, and maintenance of large quantities of data will form the foundation of the planning process.

• Produce and analyse asset registers, including software, licenses, and agreements.
• Resolve instances of unauthorised or unlicensed assets.
• Apply procurement processes for effective purchasing and contract management.
• Manage IT hardware portfolio with a focus on risk, cost control, and compliance.
• Lead a team of IT Asset Analysts and act as a subject matter expert.
