• Liaise with merchants, Visa, and internal departments to assist in the mitigation of fraud

This key position is a member of Visa’s AUNZSP Sales team and dedicated to one of our most strategic clients. The role is responsible for excellence in delivering the program of work associated with the partnership,  and all aspects of the sales operating model, including governance and performance management.

The role requires strong commercial, communication and program governance expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of financial services and payments. The role will report directly to the partnership Vice President, and will work collaboratively across the broader Visa team, including Marketing, Consulting and Analytics, Product, Value Added Services, Client Services, Client Inventive Operations, and more.  

The role will also act as a point of liaison between the partner and Visa, with responsibility for the project management of a wide range of partnership initiatives, ensuring that key milestones are achieved, and that issues and risks are identified and monitored.

In this role you will:

• Lead the execution of the partnership operating model (incl. the governance and operations meetings and processes we use to run account) both internally and with the client
• Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments.
• Monitor, track and report on business performance scorecard metrics
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to respond to ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy)
• Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.

Our team is looking for a senior project manager to deliver a mix of retail and Commercial Developer projects.

• Authority approvals – CPM need to seek approval (CDC or DA), before start of works on site. Liaise with certifiers/ consultant/ builders to get all docs. (submit the CDC application online and engage town planners to submit DA applications)
• Document management system – all design docs, meeting minutes are recorded and distributed via a software by Procore. (take live Minutes in Procore`s templated software)
• Design – Liaise with Planners , engage external arch, traffic planners & structural designers to finalize drawings.
• Tendering – Scope finalization, based on feasibility walks, Liaise with T&T cost mangers - to prepare cost plans, tender docs, tender briefings/tender walks, interviews and award.
• Construction coordination(with external stake holders) – Liaise with Fit out builder, novated arch & structural designers; mechanical, refrigeration and electrical contractors; nominated security, signage & IT contractors

What You'll Bring
