We are seeking an energetic, motivated and confident Social Media Manager to increase our clients and Think HQ’s online presence, effectively deliver campaigns and improve overall marketing efforts. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with current and future customers and a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients and Think HQ’s business goals and brand strategy.
? Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
? Develop and manage relationships with social media platforms.
? Stay updated with social media trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients’ campaigns and communications remain effective.
? Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each social media platform, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
? Manage the social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
? Collaborate with our clients’ internal teams to develop content that supports their marketing plans and campaigns.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with social media followers and influencers.
? Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
? Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content.
? Monitor social media channels for potential issues and develop response strategies for negative comments or crises.
? Work with PR and Strategy & Insights teams to manage and resolve social media crises.
? Collaborate with account management and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
? Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches to present social media strategies and creative concepts.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
? Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
? Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
? Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
? Strong organisational and time management skills.
? Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
? Skilled at navigating their way through conflict in high pressured situations; ability to make tough decisions fast.
? Trusted representatives of the client, the work and the agency.
? A keen eye for detail and quality control.
? Knowledge of the legal and regulatory codes.
