Your new role QBE's Workers Compensation team is growing! 2024 is going to be an exciting year for QBE as we deliver high quality Workers compensation activities to our customers across 3 business divisions. Our Customer Care team is there to support all of our customers with any compliments or complaints they may have. With a solution focussed approach, our Customer Care team will actively aim to provide timely solutions and outcomes. More specifically the role will: Manage customer feedback including Customer Experience, Complaints and Service Recovery while ensuring responses provided in a timely manner at a high quality. Maintain high quality communication with customers in line with applicable industry, regulatory and internal SLA timeframes and requirements. Build and maintain relationships within QBE to deliver constructive and solutions focused feedback. Produce high quality reporting to ensure that customer feedback is communicated efficiently. About you With a background in customer service, you will bring an engaged and person-centred approach to your work. To be successful in this position, you will also bring: Previous experience in workers compensation or insurance background. Experience in a customer service or dispute resolution role. Experience in maintaining high quality reporting and administration. Ability to follow up, investigate and deliver outcomes effectively through your strong relationship building and collaborating skills. Ability to identify business problems and translate them into solutions to improve the customer experience.
