Primary Purpose:

As Crewing Manager you will ensure the regional APAC Fleet and Offshore Projects are crewed with a team of highly competent and engaged Marine and Subsea Project crew. Leading a skilled team, you will ensure all offshore personnel deployed on the fleet have the required experience, qualifications, competence and medical fitness to safely deliver high quality offshore operations. Part of your existing skill set will be the leadership ability to maintain the positive, high performance and strong safety culture onboard our vessels.

Role and Responsibilities.

The Crewing Manager will:

• Lead, direct and support the Asia Pacific Crewing Team to ensure our crew travel safely, on schedule, and in accordance with the respective local government requirements in the Asian countries we operate; ensuring up to date compliance with visa, work permit, medical and flag state requirements.

• Manage, mentor and support the APAC Crewing team, including team capability development, resource planning and work allocation; ensure the team is adequately resourced and productivity is maximised to effectively meet project, client and operational needs.
• Be responsible for Subsea and Marine crew competence and capability development and ensure safe manning and compliance with STCW, the Marine Labour Convention 2006 (MLC), Charter Party, Flag state, codes and standards as applicable.
• Interface with Project Managers/Vessel Masters/Superintendents and communicate project and client crew competence requirements; training matrix; schedules and logistics needs to the Crewing Team.
• Communicate regularly with the Vessel Masters to discuss and manage all crew matters including, crew training and competence requirements, crew performance and development and to ensure and maximise crew well-being and mental health.
• Be responsible for resolving swiftly, respectfully and fairly any crew disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Oversee the recruitment of both Casual Subsea Project Crew and Marine Crew; be involved in the recruitment and selection of Senior Permanent Marine Crew.
• Ensure effective implementation and compliance of DOF’s crewing systems, processes and procedures.
• Oversee the Crewing System, ensuring that it is developed, maintained, accurate and up to date, to meet regional needs.
• Responsible for the cost control and cost optimization of the Crewing Department’s budget.
• Maintain professional and industry networks and mutually beneficial relationships with Unions across the APAC Region.

• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Leadership skills and substantial experience in international crewing in the Offshore Energy Sector.
• Conversant with both Maritime and Offshore Energy Industry codes and legislative requirements.
• Tertiary Qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Floor Manager for our South Australia Warehouse. This role will be working independently in a shared warehouse space reporting to our VIC & SA warehouse and logistics manager. Reporting to the Senior Centre Manager and based at West Village, a premium retail asset close to the Brisbane CBD, you will ensure the operations and risk management of the portfolio delivers optimum investment return. Additionally, you will manage key relationships with tenants and service providers, whilst also making recommendations to improve the overall performance of the 2 assets (West Village & Yamanto Village) you are responsible for. POSITION SUMMARY:

In this client - facing role, you will apply strong Project Management skills and EHS&S subject matter knowledge to effectively support business leaders in the successful selection, configuration, implementation and sustainment of EHS and Sustainability Management Information Systems. As a Senior Consultant, you will also provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and knowledge of the market presence of these technologies within our clients. The successful candidate will be an experienced IT professional with effective client communication skills and a successful track record in project management. Experience implementing EMIS software such as SAP EHSM, Enablon, SAI Global EHS 360, Intelex, Cority, or Sphera is preferred. You will demonstrate strong functional and technical skills along with a deep understanding of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities, regulatory requirements and project management best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluates EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on the market, including assisting clients with system requirements and software selection.
• Manages EHS&S Management Information Systems software implementation projects for industrial/corporate clients worldwide, assisting with project management, system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancements, and improvements to meet overall business objectives of clients.
• Oversees all aspects of projects related to the scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery. Consults and collaborates with clients to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
• Leads consultant teams that configure/deploy environmental health, safety and sustainability solutions; specific activities include drafting and publishing system design documents, configuring technical specifications and components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.  
• Serves as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for production issues.
• Maps and analyzes end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EHS&S Management Information Systems software, following formal IT guidelines.
• Engages in system support and training documentation teams, prepares and presents training to internal consultants and client system users.
• Facilitates management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems. 
• Serves as a power user of collaborative technology, and champion new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (i.e. Enablon, SAI Global EHS 360, Intelex, Cority, or Sphera.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Management Information Systems.
• 5 - 10+ years of relevant work experience in an EHS related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management best practices.
• Diversified information technology experience and sound knowledge of EHS software, methodologies, domains and technology required. (Environmental Compliance, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Audit Management, Incident Management & Risk Assessment)
• EHS&S Management Information Systems configuration and implementation knowledge or experience with one or more of the following software systems preferred: Enablon, SAI Global EHS 360, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, or SAP EHSM.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager - Energy Storage Systems (ESS) to lead the development of our next generation of battery energy storage products built with Relectrify’s patented CellSwitch™ technology.  

The Product Manager (ESS) will be accountable for establishing the company’s product roadmap to meet the objectives of the company strategy and the expectations of our target markets, and driving the delivery of high quality products. 

The position offers the flexibility of hybrid work between home and our office in Melbourne. Some domestic and international travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Detailed definition of product specifications based on thorough understanding of target market requirements and expectations. 
• Development of the product roadmap within the bounds of the engineering technology roadmap and company strategy. 
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships in the delivery of products, including the Product Engineering team, supply chain partners and lead customers.
• Implementing appropriate tools and processes to support successful product life-cycle management. 

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years in product management of relevant products. 
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
