About The Role
As the Loyalty and MarTech Manager at Spacetalk, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, leveraging technology to create seamless, personalised, and impactful customer journeys. This role is critical in managing developing customer lifecycle program and optimising our MarTech stack, including Klaviyo and other integrated platforms, to drive customer retention, loyalty, and growth.
You will play a leadership role in defining how we use data, technology, and analytics to transform customer experiences while ensuring alignment with Spacetalk’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, turnaround environment and brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Data Management
- Manage and optimise the MarTech stack (e.g., Klaviyo CRM, analytics tools) to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure seamless integration and scalability of tools to support Spacetalk’s growth, particularly as we expand our MVNO services.
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, and governance to ensure security and actionable insights.
Customer Engagement & Campaigns
- Develop and execute personalised marketing campaigns to drive retention, loyalty, and lifetime value (CLV).
- Create dynamic customer segmentation strategies to tailor communications and enhance user experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, timing, and channels for maximum impact.
Customer Experience (CX) Innovation
- Continuously analyse and improve customer journeys across all digital platforms, including the Spacetalk App.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address friction points in the customer experience.
- Implement loyalty and retention initiatives that deepen engagement and reduce churn.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Build advanced reporting dashboards to track and optimise campaign performance, churn, and ROI.
- Leverage predictive analytics to anticipate customer needs and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams to guide future initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a central point of contact between product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure unified execution of campaigns.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and external partners to maximise tool utility and performance.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in MarTech management, ensuring Spacetalk remains at the forefront of innovation.
Scalability Focus
- Future-proof Spacetalk’s MarTech stack by identifying and implementing emerging solutions to meet growing global demands.
- Establish scalable processes to streamline campaign management and reporting.

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years in MarTech, CRM management, or a similar role, preferably in consumer tech, SaaS, or telco sectors.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign automation platforms.
- Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing creative solutions.
