The role - what you’ll do

We are seeking a new General Manager to lead our APAC region, which includes the direct leadership of the sales function. Reporting to our CRO, Glen Foster (https://www.linkedin.com/in/glenfoster1/ ) who is based in London, you'll run a team of revenue generation specialists with the support of small leadership team who head up Account Management & Customer Success, New Business and Business Development. • Ability to recruit, develop and coach the Dext APAC team; managing people on their team for the full 'life-cycle' of their time at Dext

Knowledge

• Clear understanding of our full product suite and the value it can provide customers. Keeps up-to-date with all new releases, and proactively builds knowledge of upcoming features / services into sales strategies for the coming months.
• Experience of successfully managing a commercial team in a fast growth SaaS environment, closing deals at various levels of complexity, and generating expansion revenue. Understands how to lead a multi-functional sales team; ideally should have experience leading the pre- and post- sale commercial function(s) in a hyper-growth environment (+40-50% YoY growth).
• Strong understand of SAAS metrics and KPIs as well as levers to improve performance of key metrics over time

About the Role

The Marketing Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. • Ensuring an amazing guest experience and maintain appropriate levels of quality staff in all areas of Park operations, in order to provide excellence in service standards
• Overseeing asset management focusing on the protection and preventive maintenance of key assets and buildings
• Managing financial budgets in respect to incremental revenue targets and labour and operating costs and monthly re-forecasts
• Capital works project management
• Establishing, monitoring and managing key business performance indicators
• Monitoring and maintaining a high standard of safety of all guests, visitors and employees
• Proven ability to manage and develop staff of all levels

What you’ll bring 

• Previously managed or held an extensive senior role in a holiday park, resort, or similar tourism related role. 
• You will have experienced working in an environment where initiative, organisational and advance planning skills are essential. 
• Previous experience in managing properties with a Food & Beverage outlet will be highly regarded.
• You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and the passion to work as part of an operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest relations.
• You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have proven evidence of successful financial and strategic management and ability.
• You are a hands-on leader; you walk the talk and can communicate to and manage staff at all levels.
