Key Responsibilities：

• Review promotion applications to ensure all eligibility criteria are met.
• Set up client accounts in accordance with promotion requirements.
• Provide stakeholders with advice on promotion details and address related inquiries.
• Handle the organization and calculation of large amounts of data related to various promotions.
• Organize and report data to support the marketing team in measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Update and distribute Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, ensuring all operational processes are clearly defined and kept up to date.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience, while also proposing operational improvements where necessary.
• Strengthen communication between promotion operations teams and other departments, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into promotion and process improvements.

• At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries is preferred.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
• A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
