The opportunity

Client Relationship Management: Expertly managing a diverse portfolio of clients on our entry-level packages. Supporting your client portfolio from onboarding to Quarterly Business Reviews, you’ll ensure that clients feel valued and supported, setting the foundation for long-term engagement and potential account expansion.

You'll develop a keen eye for identifying clients with high-growth potential, conducting thorough assessments that go beyond surface-level interactions. Performance and Optimisation: As a data-driven Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for continuously educating clients on the value of data and our client marketing capabilities. Leveraging our ArchiPro Business and Advanced Analytics to understand clients behavior, optimise marketing campaigns and drive organic performance improvements. 

What You Bring to the Table:

Client Management Skills: Strong ability to manage entry-level client relationships. Excellent digital communication and engagement skills. Proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities. Proven track record of building rapport quickly and maintaining professional, engaging client relationships through multiple communication channels including email, video calls, and digital platforms.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities that enable clear, concise, and compelling interactions across diverse client profiles. Demonstrated skill in translating complex digital marketing and platform concepts into easily understandable language. Strong ability to construct persuasive narratives that highlight the value proposition of ArchiPro's services. Adept at tailoring communication style to different client needs, from technical deep-dives to high-level strategic discussions. 

Strategic Capabilities: Quick learner with ability to understand client needs. Analytical mindset for evaluating client potential, entrepreneurial spirit focused on creating value.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of advertising and digital marketing, comfortable with digital platforms and self-service models, basic data analysis skill and a tech-savvy approach to client management.

Industry Knowledge: Ideal candidate would have experience working within SaaS, architecture, and design sectors, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.

Collaborative Approach: Adept at working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance the client experience.

Role Overview

This is an exciting time for RFI’s Client-facing team, with an evolution of client success that will provide new growth in developing analytical skills and greater involvement in client solutions. Client Team is a function that is critical in influencing the overall customer experience, retaining our customers and expanding usage of our product suite and services. The Client Team fosters deep relationships with existing clients via product delivery relationships, understanding their business and needs, and delivering service and solutions to meet their challenges. Through these relationships, this role helps achieve the company's commercial goals.

This is ideal for a market research analyst who wants a more client-facing role with the opportunity to work across diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship

· Build strong customer relationships with clients and other key stakeholders through consistent account review and outreach. and act as their trusted advisor.

· Understand and gather business priorities from clients to ensure swift delivery of expected outcomes

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout assigned accounts

· Capture customer experience and product feedback for RFI

· Detect and respond to key stakeholder changes within each customer

· Solicit customer references and case studies

Commercial

· Grow existing business by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when there is alignment with RFI products and services that help customers achieve their desired outcomes

· Meet or exceed customer subscription retention goals by maintaining diverse data and insight use cases, leading to well-developed subscription business cases

· Management of account plans

· Management of contract renewal process

Client Process

· Complete planning and communication of client deliverables, including scheduling and communications with clients and their stakeholders, along with the RFI product team

· Identify customer challenges/friction and proactively suggest better solutions and strategies

· Ensure product and new feature adoption through customer communication and training

· Respond to and manage analytical queries

Collaboration

· Collaborating with client directors to plan each client's engagement across delivery, needs analysis, account planning, and client growth opportunities

· Collaborating with research experts in the product team to innovate towards client needs

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

· Experience working in market research or market data industry

· Proven experience working directly on client outcomes and servicing

Your Role & Team

The Corporate team focusses on CreditorWatch’s core customers who range from $25m - $250m in annual turnover. The corporate function is the engine room of the business which includes business development and account managers in each state as well as a specialist team, with a representative focused on each product in our suite.

The Corporate Sales Manager is required to oversee and manage the Account Management team who are focussed on outbound activity, pipeline generation and monthly recurring revenue targets. A major part of the role is balancing these core KPI’s alongside the personal development and career progression of the team.   

In this role, you will be fully responsible for the sales performance of the team including relevant territory reviews, pipeline funnel management, forecasting and team development.
