What you'll do

This opportunity will see you developing and deploying cutting edge autonomous last mile delivery solutions - like drone delivery - for HomeRun. You will develop this capability through a best of breed mix of partnerships and internal innovation. You will be responsible for developing partnerships with global leaders in the space, designing and launching pilots, and ultimately managing autonomous last mile delivery services used across the WOW Group (through HomeRun).

You Will Also

Keep abreast of all local and international trends and developments in autonomous delivery (drones and vehicles)
Develop relationships and negotiate partnerships with autonomous technology providers (eg drone delivery providers and autonomous vehicle technology providers)

What you'll do

As Senior Manager, Analytics Transformation, you will lead a wide variety of projects including identifying advanced analytics opportunities and developing roadmaps, delivering use cases to drive a transformation agenda and exploring external commercialisation opportunities. This role draws heavily upon a strategic and stakeholder management skill set, with the view of opening pathways towards broader line roles in the future.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive a variety of strategic projects across Woolworths Group to deliver on value initiatives through advanced analytics & provide thought leadership and strategy development for wiq
- Identify new opportunities for future consideration in domain roadmaps; challenge and innovate to identify critical problems or opportunities and provide thought leadership and act as a proponent of Woolworths Group transformation journey to champion data and analytics-led decision making

What you'll bring

We’re looking for someone who is curious and open-minded, comfortable in a fast-moving environment and dealing with ambiguity. You will be ready for a challenge and demonstrate a passion for retail and analytics. Along with a strong, core strategy toolkit you will have:
- 6 years+ experience in strategy, preferably from a top-tier strategy consulting or data analytics firm; or corporate/in-house strategy
- Depth of experience and knowledge of complex problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop clear, compelling and high quality storylines and presentations
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end large, complex projects to drive results

What you’ll do

The Supplier Management Specialist adds value to Woolworths Group through the maintenance, application and review of the Supplier Grow Program (SGP). The SGP is a supplier management framework consisting of a supplier segmentation approach, a value generation framework, voice of supplier survey capabilities and a third-party risk management operating model. This role will support the business with knowledge and guidance on how best to apply the capability on their respective arenas.

Develops, implements and reviews Supplier Management Framework processes to facilitate consistency and alignment to company risk strategies
Drives and delivers the implementation and ongoing monitoring of key processes and supporting documentation (including policies and standards) in the Supplier Management framework across our business areas.
Identifies linkages to other technology/platforms utilised to perform Supplier Management activities and determine appropriate alignment strategies – specifically related to Third- Party Risk and mitigation of said risk.
Drives value for the company through better compliance and stakeholder experience by ensuring the appropriate usage of the Supplier Management Framework processes, activities and compliance & governance metrics.
Identifies and generates required reports and KPI’s to facilitate review of: use and performance of, and compliance to the Supplier Management Framework.
Identifies, supports, and validates changes to the Supplier Management Framework training modules/materials.
Provides advisory support on the Framework and Policy as required.

Welcome to the Team
We are an enterprise-wide, C-suite sponsored program team built to drive value and operational excellence throughout the Business Units through a consulting style service that leverages a strong program structure and provides both leading practice insights / thought leadership and delivery excellence to our business partners.

Our mandate is to partner with each of our Business Units across the group portfolio to identify and develop high-quality productivity plans and projects, within the Goods & Services Not for Resale space. What you’ll do
In this role, you will play a consultative role to the Business Units and will support and empower them through their journey from identification to delivery of transformation initiatives.
