Due to rapid expansion across Australia, we are now looking to expand our customer success team in Canberra. Remotely based, this role supports the onboarding of our newly signed SME clients, transitioning their accounting and payroll to Retinue. This role plays a critical part in supporting the seamless transition of new customers to our services, and our reputation as a customer focused business. Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for newly signed clients during the onboarding process, supporting a seamless transition to Retinue
- Conduct online and face-to-face onboarding meetings, gaining the relevant information to help our Accounting teams best transition them to our services and support them on an ongoing basis
- Work with our SME clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and set expectations on how we can deliver on these within our service capabilities.
- Upskill clients on Xero software, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the platform
- You may be required to travel to clients’ worksites daily. You will enjoy the variety and freedom that comes with travelling across Canberra, surrounding areas and even interstate
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a face-to-face, customer centric role. Ideally, dealing with SME clients
- Previous experience within customer success, account management or sales highly regarded
- Valid Australian drivers license and access to a vehicle on weekdays
- You are a people person and thrive off collaborating with customers from varied backgrounds and experiences
- As a non-selling role, this role may suit someone who enjoys the customer aspect of face to face selling but is no longer driven by business development
