Expectations
Clinical expectations
You are expected to complete the clinical compliance requirements:
-SOAP notes end of the day ideally, if not then up to date by first thing the following morning
All notes and documentation for when working with one of our contract services to be completed in a timely manner and fashion as outlined in our policy documents
Letters to be sent for all new clients to referring practitioner
Letters to be sent out within 24 hours of seeing client
Assesses, diagnoses, plans and treats clients as per the clinical guidelines of the profession, and the practice
Is actively engaged in progressing the Physiotherapy profession and the Proactive Physiotherapy team
Shared supervision of students, as requested by the Clinical Team Leader
Technical Physiotherapy skills
Provides client with clarity on their condition and then structures management according to the specific causative factors contributing to the patient’s pathology
Follows clinical assessment and management systems (eg Ideal Initial Consult Structure)
Demonstrates and delivers high levels of all technical skills and actively promotes preventative care and early intervention
Deliver ‘Wow’ experiences for our clients:
Creates absolute value for the client with amazing technical, communication and soft skills
Selectively goes above and beyond for clients to create WOW!
Understands importance of the priming of the client’s experience and enhances these areas where possible (sounds, smells, looks, feels of the environment/experience)
Greeting and farewell with a smile on your face and in your voice
Ensures that client is greeted at their expected appointment time (within 10 minutes)
Management of client as if it is your Mum / Dad / family member or AFL player
Structured management plan documented by the second appointment
Point of contact phone calls made within 24 hours of seeing client
Provides exceptional value and service for all people we work with and for (Referral partners and contract providers ie Moira Shire, FRC, football clubs etc)
Client management KPI’s
Maintain a clinical utilisation of 1.0
Averages $75 per consultation
Initial consult rate of 1 educational article per month to be used for social media, email, blog, etc

Proactive Physiotherapy Values
You are consistent in living by, actioning and executing tasks to the overall benefit of you and the Proactive Physiotherapy team in line with our Values and Culture documents
Hours
This is generally a full time role that will encompass both clinical and non clinical responsibilities as part of the Proactive Physiotherapy Team.
You will be expected to work an average of 38 hours per week, or as agreed in your individual contract.
You are expected to make yourself available for some outside of hours involvement as part of your role to help your growth and progression as well as that of the Proactive Physiotherapy Team:
Eg. Presentation / education / involvement at community events, sporting groups, sporting clubs, events etc
We will also provide growth and learning opportunities
Weekly personal and professional development mentoring sessions
Team inservices
Quarter catchup PD session
Qualifications
Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
AHPRA and Medicare Registration
2 years minimum work experience as a physiotherapist
Professional insurances (PL and PI)
Registration with health insurance providers (as required)
First aid and police check (as needed for profession)

Remuneration structure
The base salary for this position is $73,500 per year at a permanent rate, plus superannuation.
Your individual employment agreement may have different variations, which may include incentives or commissions as negotiated. Please note that commission incentives are a bonus payment and are dependent upon you fulfilling the requirements of your role as listed above. Failure to fulfil core components of your role as listed above (ie like fill in weekly dashboards and forms) may result in you forfeiting your commission incentive for that period.
Remuneration is reviewed yearly in line with your contribution and performance as part of the team. Your remuneration will progress as you create amazing health care experiences and outcomes for your clients and contribute to our team and culture. This will happen by meeting and exceeding the expectations as outlined above.
