THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Business System Analyst to provide strategic system support to our Client Services Divisions. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you will play a critical part in establishing, designing, configuring, and maintaining their global operating system, OneBill. You will work cross functionally translating requirements into design, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure including billing, end to end order fulfilment, helpdesk, and support. Your responsibilities will involve but are not limited to:
- Ensure accurate configuration of data and systems for automated, timely billing, receivables, and reconciliation.
- Customise reports, notifications, and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights to highlight key metrics (eg: forecasted revenue, aged debt, and more to trigger actions for informed decision-making.
- Establish business rules for customer registration and maintenance, ensuring accurate billing for subscription changes and upgrades/downgrades.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to design end-to-end order fulfilment processes on OneBill.
- Implement system workflows for Helpdesk operations, managing service requests, ticket allocation, and tracking for resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design data interfaces and integration methods with other systems, enhancing information flow and accuracy.
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for system queries and technical issues.
- Maintain corporate telephony system functionality, including call centre workflows and user group configuration for incident management.
- Conduct data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related relevant field
- 3+ years' experience in a technical business analysis or related role (ERP, Accounting of Finance related system). We welcome a broad range of applications, please apply if you are interested.

- Proven experience in providing software technical support and system administration.
- Strong attention to details and the ability to manage projects.
