About the Role The Prosthesis and Inventory Coordinator facilitates inventory management within Surgical Services including supplies, equipment, and implants to support patient care. The incumbent will independently manage prostheses, inventory and equipment to provide an efficient, accurate and complete supply chain service to the hospital as directed by the Procurement and Logistics Manager and ensure rebate codes and consumanble data is accurate on the Patient administration system. The role also covers the backfill of theatre reception for ADOs/ Sick leave and Annual leave. Classifications for this position HS2 - HS20 ($66,768 - $70,106 per annum). Your Contribution
Experience in accounting/purchasing/stores/nursing would provide an advantage
Working knowledge of procurement ordering systems
Knowledge of prosthesis and the companies involved in their supply and manufacture
Computer literacy-essential
Understanding of inventory follow-up functions
Excellent customer service skills
Self directed and motivated with the ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain
