People & Culture Manager - Part Time

As People & Culture Manager you will be responsible for helping Naked Wines reach our growth ambitions by creating an exceptional employee experience where people can be themselves, grow, and achieve because they can bring their best into our team!
This position will be a hands-on partner to the leadership team & global counterparts helping to deliver a range of HR activities across the employee life-cycle including recruitment, operations, advisory, administration, training and development, employee engagement, and strategy.
This Role is ideal for someone looking for a part-time role within a great company that campaigns for great culture and growth. This role needs to be a trusted advisor for the leadership team and our employees alike.
Key Success metrics would include:
- Consistently strong (and continuously improving) employee engagement scores
- Achievement of the annual business objectives
- No vacancies in key roles for greater than 3 months
- Best in class candidate recruitment experience
- Recruitment of extraordinary talent

- Compliant and best practice employee lifecycle processes
To nail the role you’ll need to be:
- A strong communicator who is able to build successful relationships
- Driven and have good energy
- Organised with a structured approach to work
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Doesn’t crack under pressure (i.e. laughs, doesn't cry) when holding 12 plates that are spinning at the same time, while standing on the tip of a rocket at launch

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in HR, business or similar
- At least 2-3 yrs experience as a HR Advisor, Business Partner or similar
Team & People
You would report directly to the Managing Director in Australia and be expected to develop strong working relationships across the local and global businesses with your peers and Global VP of HR.
