The Travel and Scheduling Coordinator provides efficient and cost-effective planning, coordination and administration of Consultant scheduling and Employee travel. Travel is inclusive of any means of transport for which an expense is incurred.

This is a part-time role (4 days per week) primarily based in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements available. This role is fixed term to cover for parental leave for 12 months. About the role

• Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals.
