About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team, staring May 2024 for a 12-month parental leave cover!
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager – Operations, this role is responsible for coordinating deliveries of multi-functional devices and printers. Working closely with our logistics partners, account managers, supply chain and service teams, this role will ensure that customer expectations can be met in the timeframe provided, contributing to the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Efficiently plan, schedule, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Verify product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Provide timely updates to customers and sales team regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate SAP details of deliveries, including customer notes on order, delivery confirmations, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the national warehouse, state workshop, logistics, and service teams to streamline delivery processes.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using delivery tracking systems and related software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Full time working rights in Australia.
