About You:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent with Veterinary Registration in NSW (or eligible for the same) is essential.
- Experience in an emergency veterinary setting is desirable however if you have a great attitude and want to learn we want to hear from you!
- We like to play it fair amongst our team therefore availability to cover evenings, overnights and weekends is a must.
- Commitment to being a team player and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
- Enthusiasm for contributing innovative ideas to shape the growth and success of the hospital.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
About ARH
The Animal Referral Hospital at Minchinbury, Western Sydney is excited to have opened our fifth Specialist and Emergency Hospital in September 2023.
As a multidisciplinary Veterinary Hospital, we are proud to offer Western Sydney pet owners and their pet’s access to gold standard Emergency and Specialist services.
You will be working in a brand-new purpose-built Veterinary hospital with access to a full range of diagnostic imaging including high-field MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, Endoscopy and Ultrasound. A start-of-the-art ICU, three operating theatres, integrated RX works, and Smartflow to support patient management.
We also have dedicated training facilities including wet lab and education centre to train the future generation of veterinary professionals.
We are a short drive away from stunning areas of Sydney such as the Blue Mountains and Hawksbury Valley, with all the outdoors adventures you can imagine. Love the nightlife and restaurant scene? Parramatta, a stone’s throw away, is the recently developed CBD of Western Sydney boasting multicultural culinary options, bars and clubs. As for beaches, no-where in Sydney is too far from our gorgeous coastline for a weekend surf or swim.
